The owner was incredibly nice. When she found out we had a bus at 10.50pm, she offered we could stay at the apartment as long as we needed. That was so incredibly kind and it really helped us enjoy our last day in the city without having to drag our bags around.

Absolutely nothing!

This is a wonderful little flat in central Strasbourg, a short walk from everything, including the cathedral and Petite France. It is on a quiet side street but right next to the action with lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby. Anne-Marie met us to show us around the apartment and was really friendly. The apartment is well designed for the space, with a nice bedroom area, kitchen and table (with crockery), living room area and bathroom. We loved our stay and cooked a lovely dinner there one night. It looks out over a pretty and peaceful courtyard. We'd definitely come back!

It is hard to find plugs for electronics. Also, although I shared our estimated arrival time with the host, she seemed very agitated and borderline rude when we informed her that we would arrive 10-15 minutes later than expected due to traffic conditions (it was raining heavily). Apparently she expected constant updates via text while I was driving. That seemed strange.

Wonderful location, clean and cozy apartment in a charming and fully renovated building. It is a bit compact, but has everything you may need for a short stay.

It wasn't a problem for me, but you can't leave your suitcase at the property when checking out, just something to keep in mind.

Brilliant location within short walk from cathedral, museums, other attractions and many restaurants and cafes. Very comfortable and well equipped. Very quiet as opens onto central courtyard despite proximity to city centre. Martin, who met us was extremely helpful.

Mattress could be harder (but it was a good one). Shower: partially closed with a wall but the entrance to it has no door or curtain, it gets a little bit windy. We got second floor and had to carry the luggage up the stairs (they informed us previously, no problem with that, but if you absolutely don't want or can't carry your luggage, maybe it's not the place for you).

Amazing location, right next to the cathedral! Silent apartment overlooking the internal area of the beautiful building, very clean, big windows, ok mattress. Two armchairs by the window to relax and a small table to have our meals. Bathroom: good water pressure and temperature, shower is bigger than average, there was soap and shampoo available. Kitchen: well equiped, we used dishes, kettle, pans etc and everything was working. We went in May, I have no idea about heating or air conditioning. Communication with the owner: Anne-Marie was soooo nice! On our arrival, the train was delayed, we sent a message and she answered so fast, making us calmer. We took the tram from the train station to the apartment, so easy and fast. Lots of information about the city and neighborhood were available in a binder. Wi-fi was ok. Already want to go back to Strasbourg and to this apartment.
