I did not receive information how to get into the building and where to find the key. I had to ask people to help me to contact with the owner.

Not handicap friendly it’s on the 3rd floor without elevator and no where in the booking does it say! The owner refused to cancelled my 3 day stay, I had my elderly and handicap mother with me with our luggage it was impossible for her to go up the stairs of 3 stories, no where was it stated that it was on the 3rd floor without elevator and booking refused to cancelled my reservation! It was up yo the building owner and he refused to cancelled.

We were informed that an additional deposit will be required. It was required by an invoice, a real bank transfer. Since I booked at the last moment, I informed the host that most probably such transfer will not come through on the same day, and I would expect a signed agreement or at least a signed cheque or a safe money transfer link. This was not provided, so for my own safety I booked another appartment, and requested at least a partial refund. At last I was asked to provide the ID, and the flat access would be immediately provided, but that I did not do, as another appartment was already booked. The host was in general too slow to respond via the app and the indicated phone number is just a voicemail.

False statement about available wifi, TV and hot water. No one respond to questions about the issues above. In addition, it would be fair to inform the guests about the narrow stairs to the 3rd floor as it complicates the getting up to the apartment if you have heavy luggage.

Location Returned in time deposit. Many sightseeing spots around. Good food just opposite the door. Great public transportation.

We were not given the code to access the property until the day following our booking. We were forced to spend a night in Paris without accommodation - totally unacceptable and dangerous. A local man who tried to help us was very embarrassed about the situation. Also the guarantee paid was returned with a deduction of £5 - an added insult.

We did not gain access to the property. I wish I had read the reviews. The instructions came 24 hours too late. We had left Paris by the time we were given the code.

Tiny. Photos a bit misleading and over- hyped. Access to third floor very restricted. Very disorganised obtaining initial entry codes. On entry (eventually) didnt actually stay there but immediately de-camped elsewhere.

First of all, owner bombarded us with requests to pay deposit. Then insisted numerous times that we shouldn't come before 3:30pm. When coming to the apartment, internet & TV weren't working and he stopped answering me. But at 11am, which was his check-out time he called me immediately when the cleaning service came. Unfortunately due to the non availability of internet, I had to work at a cafe because of his poor service. I was charged 1h of cleaning service and a fee to refund the deposit, which was not informed prior to booking. Very bad service!!! In addition, neighbour came back from disco at 5am and started blasting music until 9am. Avoid the place at all cost

Everything, house is very cold, I felt i am in Alaska, I called to owner and wrote him million times he saw and he didn't reply at all , also internet not working, bed sheets smells really bad and house is very dirty.

We were very excited to be in central Paris, but the accommodation was a complete let down & rip off. Firstly, the day before we arrived, too late to cancel, the owner demanded a 300e deposit, to be paid without the security of PayPal or a credit card through au unfamiliar money portal. I was told that I was responsible for their service charges...cheeky! If you don't have a Euro credit card, you end up paying around £30 - £40 in credit card fees for the pleasure, as they actually withdraw the money from your account, so it's seen as a foreign bank transaction. This was so hidden in their terms & conditions that even customer services found it difficult to find. Arriving at the flat, there was one small towel left for the two of us to use for four nights, & the WiFi wasn't working. I contacted the owner. First, he accused us of breaking it, saying, 'Well it was working that afternoon', then told us we didn't know how to put in our passwords, & finally said that he would contact the service providers to fix it. This was the last we heard from him. It turns out that he wasn't even in the country, thus unable to contact anyone. A quick read through other reviews of the property showed that many others also had no internet & similar lack of response from the owner. He was completely lying. Lack of internet meant that the TV also didn't work. After a nice stroll around Paris, on a freezing winter night, we came back to find that the only heater in the apartment was broken, & the kitchen window didn't close. It was a very cold night! Again, no response from the owner. We were stuck. Well, I thought, maybe getting into bed would be warmer. To our horror, when we pulled back the sheets, they were stained, & clearly hadn't been changed. I was disgusted, as the thought of sleeping on pillows that someone else had been breathing on was dangerous in these Covid times.

The location, that's it. The flat was a complete rip off, dirty, no WiFi, broken window and broken heater in the middle of winter, dirty, used bed sheets, ONE small towel provided for two of us for four days, and a non-available and lying owner.

I don’t really know where to start. We arrived at the apartment and we found it absolutely dirty: hair on the floor, dirt in the kitchen, the bathroom seemed it hadn’t been cleaned. We called the host, that promised us to call someone to clean the apartment. We have been waiting for 2 HOURS AND A HALF, we called dozens of times the host, we sent him messages and emails. He NEVER ANSWERED. The cleaning service never arrived and we had to CLEAN OURSELVES. The host didn’t even contacted us the day after, he just disappeared. I would never recommend this apartment. The sanitary conditions were absolutely not okay with the COVID-19 situation. We called booking assistance and the didn’t even answer to them.

3rd floor so needs a bit of walking and very difficult when u have to lug around a heavy suitcase

The location was great. Right in the middle of the Latin quarters and so close to the metro. The place is small but comfortable for 1-2 guests.
