Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaLocation was a little far from the sights. On the perimeter, not in the middle. Would have been good if bigger signs were out for the entrance. We pushed our bags around and around looking.
Clean, quiet, great service, helpful front desk. They gave me a pen which I am using!

SlovakiaThere is construction going on nearby so it makes reaching the hotel by car a bit difficult but the hotels provides information about the closest parking opportunities.
A big hotel with a modern design, the staff members very helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to the train station, there are options for public transport nearby. The room was very spacious and quiet.

United States of AmericaLots of construction going on at the train station and in the front area near the hotel. A very circuitous route to walk with large suitcase. Uneven surfaces, often walking in traffic lanes, not particularly safe for pedestrians. But the hotel had good maps and information about it, so it was expected. Just not very easy to do the short walk to the hotel.
Needed a place just for one night near the train station. Picked this place for that reason. Staff was very responsive and helpful. Great attitudes!

FranceThe construction work surrounding the hotel is a bit of a shame because Uber drivers can’t technically reach the hotel. They explained to me that official taxis are allowed, but not Ubers. So it’s complicated to get back to the hotel if it’s raining out, just be prepared to walk the last few minutes. It’s not the hotel’s fault though, so it’s not fair to count that against them. The parking at the part dieu shopping center is spendy, even with the reduction from the hotel (30€), but it’s just a 5 minute walk to the hotel, so still worth it.
I’ve stayed here several times since it’s opening. It’s really a magnificent hotel and it’s our goto spot in Lyon. The rooms are super modern, stylish, and big. The breakfast is probably the most amazing part of the Pullman: probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in France (as an American living in France, I’ve come to accept that breakfast in a French hotel is usually very basic, but not the case here). The bar is also super hip with lots of couches that just beg you stay for a drink. I’ve never tried the restaurant.

New ZealandCurrent road works make it very tricky to drive to hotel to unload luggage .. thanks to André’s good map he sent prior to arrival we managed to find and access the hotel reasonably easily. It was helpful it was a Sunday as the roadworks were not happening that day and we could park in the pedestrian walkway next to the hotel to unload bags. However on departure we needed to carry bags back to the Westfield car parks. Be sure to collect your special Westfield parking ticket at the hotel to get a discounted rate .. it is expensive! The location is not great for sightseeing .. it is a good walk to the key attractions and downtown area across the river. Great location for train station access.
A beautiful new hotel furnished with style and comfort. Large bedroom with opening window which is unusual these days.. not all rooms have an opening window so request if that is what you would like. Beautiful bathroom with Clarins products. Tiffany, our receptionist was very welcoming and helpful both on arrival and departure!

ThailandThey are renovating the road in front of hotel which taxi need to drop us a block away. We also need to walk one block further to access the train station. It's not hotel fault, but this should be informed when booking.
Love everything about this hotel. Design, location next to big shopping mall and main train station. Bed is very comfy. Staff is also super helpful. I asked to leave my luggage days before check in and they have no problem with that (I travelled to Geneva and come back to Lyon).
