We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAll was good and we would have liked to stay longer. The only negative comment is that the entrance to the hotel is hard to find. It really needs to stand out more - perhaps a sensitively coloured lit frame. The unit next to the hotel also part of the same building development is poor and distracting - should be sorted.
The hotel is new with very well designed rooms and public spaces. Very nice happy staff. We had coffee and drinks but were out for dinner and had to leave early and had a breakfast later but the food looked good and with coffee came fruit and lovely nibbles - lemon and fennel shortbreads. The bed was very comfortable and the shower divine. The weather was sadly poor and so we didn't get the chance to use the lovely veranda adjacent to the restaurant.

Lovely hotel. Nice-sized room and has everything you need. Has a great 'Club' area - huge lounge to chill in with free coffee and snacks. Nice small gym. Very friendly staff.

FranceI stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights for business reasons. From the moment I set foot in the hotel I was embraced by a calming atmosphere. The interiors are decorated tastefully. But the centerpiece of our stay was undoubtedly the fantastic co-working space, which made this hotel our new top pick for future business trips. The co-working space displays an open, well-lit, and inviting area with contemporary furniture and comfortable seating arrangements. It was a game-changer for us, as we needed a space to prepare for our upcoming business meeting. It is open 24 hours a day. The restaurants has a limited but very fresh choice of dishes. The staff is very serviceable and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay whether you are on business or visiting the city.

Excellent location, within walking distance of everywhere. It was clean, simple and had everything we needed. The club on the second floor had soft drinks and treats throughout the day.

Excellent city stay, with very friendly and flexible staff. Our stay was from saturday to sunday so you can check out by 2pm without extra payment. And you can stay in a comfy lounge if you have to make time, as we did, and the weather was horrible. I will go back if I'm in Lille.
