No real issues but you will need a vehicle as the site is 15/20 minutes drive to Bonifacio or Porto Vecchio.

Clean, modern and comfortable apartment which was well equipped with great sea views. Friendly and efficient Reception (Lauren). Two or three minutes drive to Rondinara beach with free parking passes. Nearby Rondinara campsite shop is stocked with a wide range of food and other essentials. The apartments are sympathetically designed to fit in with the landscape and offer a good degree of privacy with patio areas not overlooked. The infinity swimming pool is heated - very clean with plenty of Sun loungers.

This was not the fault of the Residences, but the prior guests must have smoked A LOT in the rooms. It took a bit of time to get the smell out of the rooms and even cupboards. But, I wanted the doors wide open anyway and the bedding did not have smoke on them.

About 99.9% of everything. The view of the Mediterranean and Rondinara cove, the quiet (there is only maquis, birds, cicadas and the view), the noise of the wind and cicadas, the simple (views from the living room and bedroom) and perfect room (excellent bed/shower/kitchen/deck/furniture/AC) all made the stay incredible. The staff were AMAZING and helpful. The pool and pool facility could not have been better!!

The working staff wasn’t friendly at all! The bakery delivery - very late in the morning!! You need to have a car there! No eating facilities at the Terrasse de la Rondinara. Everywhere driving! Walking to the beach is not 5 mins. Weird concept- that you need to ask at the reception for extra toilet paper ; bin bags; etc.. Lots of mosquitos- it would be great to have mosquito plugged in repellers installed inside the accommodation!

The bed was too hard. There were biting insects in the bedroom. Neighbours sounds audible.

My only negative point is the comfort of the beds. The mattress was very hard.

Great location, close to Bonifacio and Porto-Vecchio. The beach is very easy to reach by car and you get a parking pass for free parking. The pool at the resort has a superb view. Our villa had also a very nice view from the terrace overlooking the bay.

It would be useful to offer a mid week cleaning option & fresh towels. Although washing machine is provided.

The property was beautiful, large size for group of 6 people. All the facilities, cooking equipment / crockery were new. Staff were all excellent, recommend you ask them on were to visit to suit your requirements as there are many options for all.
