The heated pool couldn't have been more then 20- 21degrees C, in other words too cold.

Outdoor pool as well as a covered pool for less sunny days. Restaurant good quality food and value for money. Good, safe parking. Grounds adjoining lake Biscarrosse beach with easy access.

Great location surrounded by massive lake and beautiful sandy beaches , absolutely amazing places near by to visit . Lots to do , beautifully views. Very friendly and helpful staff . Clean and well managed site with two swimming pools and sauna:). Nice snack bar and restaurant. ( various choices of well presented ,delicious foods and drinks;). Not a big deal , but restaurants and snack bar could of been open a little earlier then 3pm .

The wifi is entirely broken, which was really frustrating. They only allow one device per booking, so once one person logs on with their phone nobody else can. I had a work emergency come up and I couldn't login to the net to fix it. They need to stop this nonsense.

A beautiful quiet location with simple but comfortable rooms. They all have a balcony that is huge to eat on. I would love to come back here for a week's vacation. Easy walk to a really calm beach.

Mmmh! It may take a while to think of something.

The apartment that we had was clean, spacious and comfortable and had a large balcony to sit outside. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The site has easy access to the lake and beach. It is also well positioned with many interesting places within easy reach. The site also has its own beautiful pool which was not too busy when we stayed in mid-July. Normally, we tend not to use the resort restaurants. However, this one was exceptional! The waiting staff were very friendly but a special mention should go to the chef who was truly excellent!

Fans/ aircon, mosquito nets are needed in the bedrooms - the house was oppressively hot a lot but could not ventilate st night due to Mosquitoes. Also loose paving flags around the pool and dog poo (left all week- beyond) around the ping pong tables really let the facilities down snd were quite unsafe/unhygienic for the kids.

Cottages are a little small but you get what you pay for.

Great pool, good value for money, really close to beach. We’ve been there 6 times and it is fantastic when you have kids (especially under 10).

They could have provided soap and more than 1 role of toilet paper, as well as information or sample on what to use in the dishwasher. An iron would also have been handy. The stones at the entrance to the pool area (where you had to take off your shoes) was very stony and dire to walk on. English leaflets on the activities would have been really helpful. We only found out about the games night by chance.

The staff were lovely, and the pools were fantastic. Everything was just really convenient. I'd stay here again.

Availability of dinning, not enough tables or capacity in the kitchen to enable us to dine at the property when we wanted. Perhaps during peak season should have more than one person in the kitchen.

Great location and Facilities for our children. Felt very safe to leave children on their own in the property area. Good cycling opportunities and a uncrowned lakeside beach within walking distance.

Excellent swimmimg pools one outdoors and one indoors . The outdoor pool was very clean and no chlorine used .

one user Wi-Fi really annoying. snack bar never open and very rarely see a member of staff. there’s nothing much open near by to be honest, you’ll be hard pushed to find a float or an ice cream! and forget about glamorous dinners near by unless you’re travelling to them - the vibe is super chill self catering

Despite being June the bar and snack bar were both shut. A little dissapointing as there wasn't much else available within walking distance. The apartment we stayed in was nice but lacking simple basics like hand soap and salt and pepper etc. Also we were only allocated 1 bath towel each for a 5 day stay. There was no washing machine in the apartment and we were changed an extra 5 euro each for additional towels when requested which we weren't aware of.

Great peaceful site in the middle of nature and backing onto the beach and lake. Spacious and modern accomodation with well maintained grounds. Lovely outdoor and indoor pool areas. The English speaking receptionist was very helpful.

Location was very good by the lake and for visiting other places. Apartment was clean, well planned, comfortable and practical.

At check-in I was given a sack of clean bedding and towels. If I am paying for a decent holiday I do NOT expect to have to make the bed up. I have never been asked to do this before. Not happy. Worse was to follow. At the end of the first week I asked for replacements for the second week. I was told that this was not offered . I was appalled. I had a problem swapping wifi from one device to another. The reception staff tried hard to help by giving extra access numbers but it proved to be useless. In the end I gave up and just used my phone which was not what I wanted as I had planned to use my laptop as well as my kindles. Disappointed. The footbaths were very cold and slippery. My husband, who is disabled, wanted to watch me swim found the footbaths very difficult. As we had a car we were able to drive into the little town which was fortunate as there was no shop or cafe facilities on site. I know it was low season but if you are open for business , you are open, even if with a reduced range. Lovely postcards, pity no stamps. Four pillows were provided. A notice said we must not use them without covers. Only two covers provided ??? I was not impressed by the inside of the wardrobe. I do not usually hang my clothes in amongst bucket, bowls and mops. No sun loungers supplied for the small apartments although the cottages seemed to have them

The apartment although compact was clean , quiet and quite well equipped including a dishwasher. The indoor pool was lovely and warm and clean. The outdoor pool was also very nice. The whole park was well kept. Wifi for one device was free. Access to the beach was very close. Nice little terrace for sitting outside.

Lacked some basic amenities. No soap, no toiletries, only one roll of toilet paper, nothing for the dishwasher etc. Only thing provided was one small sachet of washing up liquid.
