I walked from the Aulnay train station to the hotel. The area is not very lively but there a couple of restaurants nearby. Staff are really helpful, I appreciated it. I had a double room and it was a good size (for Parisian standard), it would be small in other cities. Bed was comfy. All in all it is a good option if you are travelling to Aulnay

The location is very convenient both for arriving by car or train, 12 minutes by foot from Aulnay sous Bois station. Safe parking space on premises. Very friendly and courteous staff and continental breakfast is very enjoyable. will be back...

I missed having shower curtains.

This is a perfect cheaper accommodation option to staying in expensive central Paris. Stay in outer Paris and commute in/out. Also convenient to CDG. It is a quirky clean secure hotel. We arrived late and it seemed the neighbourhood was a tad sketchy but we went out Locally and had no problems and all looked fine in the early following morning light. Bed was comfortable, hotel is clean, continental breakfast was lovely, all was secure. We would stay again - if ever we pass through Paris and cut the accommodation it’s. Staff are super friendly.

Rooms are a little small and the bathroom with the shower room concept can be a little messy for two people sharing. Everything is soaked for the second person using the bathroom.

Excellent host on reception. Very helpful and welcoming. Secure parking and location is in a quiet area.

Nothing, it's fine for a couple of nights and a trip into Paris.

The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The location is good for a daytrip into Paris. Driving there was no problem. The railway station is a bit of a walk, but a Paris day travel pass also covers the bus to the station. The rooms are a reasonable size, clean and comfortable. The parking (extra 10 euros) is secure and convenient. Entry with a code number for the main door and the room is convenient.

Walls slanted in rollaway bed not good quality and there were riots on going

The night manager help us when my daughter smashed her finger in the door and needed surgery. We didn’t speak any French nor they English. He selflessly filled the filled the roll of interpreter. He volunteered his own time and linguistic abilities.

The location is 20 min walk from the nearest train station and quite far from the city. The room is incredibly small, much smaller than it looks in the photos, I could barely fit one cabin trolley and a backpack next to the bed. The shower doesn't have any curtain, wall or glass to separate it from the rest of the bathroom, so the water will be all over the place, at least half of the bathroom. Also because the drainage is installed far from the shower itself, it runs until under the sink. For a medium size hotel like this, they only had ONE iron available for the guests. I had to run up and down together with the receptionist for 2-3 hours after checking in to find it. Like seriously, a decent iron can't cost more than 100€. What's so difficult for the management to invest in something so small but so necessary I don't understand. I wouldn't pay again 110€ for this room when there are much better options at the same rate.

The hotel is clean and tidy, very basic but pleasant. The staff was helpful with anything that we needed, very kind and nice.

The shower was not separate from the toilet and sink in the bathroom. There was no interior additional lock on the door. Would have liked the ability to lock inside only also.

It was bit far away from the main city center. Be mindful that there is another hotel nearby the city center with similar name. Google map tooke me and my wife there and we ended up travelling another hour to this hotel.

My wife and I were on holidays. The very first impression about the hotel was it's staff. They were nice and welcoming. When we entered our room, we found it spacious and clean. The environment was quiet which was perfect for our holidays. Love from Bhutan 🇧🇹

It was a little tricky getting there even with google directions but we made it. In the end we enjoyed our two nights and getting to know the small community nearby. Our last night we went out on foot and found a great little Greek-Lebanese deli with a delicious options for hot food dinner. When I made the reservation I wanted a place closer to the airport so we could easily return our car and get our early am flight. We saw a different side of France as well so it was a good choice.

The staff was very helpful and responsive. They spoke English well which made communication easy.

Very attentive English speaking staff. Front desk guy waited extra half an hour for us because we got delayed by the road closure. Breakfast was very nice, we could not possibly eat everything on our trays, selection was good, too.

There were insects in the room! There was no hairdryer or face wash. The a/c in our room was not working properly it kept turning on and off by itself randomly so the temperature was not right.

Good location for what I personally needed and friendly staff. Glass doors have plastic blinds that come down to protect the view outside. Also free parking.

the one comment I would make is that they need room darkening shades as l"Oreal across the street has very strong lights on all night - and I would have loved a shade to pull down to cut the light

The Aulnay area itself is not particularly wonderful imo.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The parking was good and the value for money was right.
