The fridges in the share kitchen hadn't been cleaned out or old food removed in a very, very long time. This is the only small thing that lets the hotel down. . More care needs to be taken in this area, it's a health Hazzard.

Second stay and everything was as good as the first. One of my favourite hostels, more like a hotel, but then again I think it is that also. The beds are just so comfortable and the location couldn't be better. Attached garden area with the restaurant is great to have a drink and snacks. Highly recommend this hostel.

There was no cleaning at night..water from the bathroom was coming out ...it's an hostel for young people ..means they are mo active at night..so we needed a cleani stuff at night keep toilet.. bathroom.. kitchen clean ..it's important.. people are coming from everywhere .. behaviour is different .. reflexes are different..so to cope with that we need to predict things..also te trash bean was metal and metal make a lot of sound and they are not practical to open..and with cover ! So was good for decoration but not effective!

It was close to the station which is great The building was new The stuff young Atmosphere calm and cozy Furniture new and well maintained 😊 I loved the creativity , means the building was quite casual however is well designed inside and creative✨ it's encouraging to come back over and over again!

Lovely hostel with a gorgeous rooftop, modern and very clean, well situated and overall nice vibes. The proximity to the train station is a must, and the neighbourhood looks like it's in full bloom so I think it's going to be an even better location soon.

The staff is not very friendly. The locker was located a bit far from my bed which is less comfortable. The lock is doing beeping noises which is incofortable if someone is using it during the night

I had to leave at 5am. So, hotel's location near the train station was perfect. The dormitory was really clean, beds are comfortable.

I couldn't figure out how the lockers works.

I came to Bordeaux to start my Camino del Norte. The service staff is really nice, friendly and helpful. For a hostel such big, it was really clean and comfy. Also it is really nice to be near the main train station of Bordeaux.

The sink in the bathroom of my room was starting to get blocked up

Bathroom wasn't very clean - however was used by other residents. Alarm sounded for about 10 mins at 6am which was quite disturbing. they do not supply towels either. Toilet was in a separate room to the sink and shower? think that is a French thing though.

it was conveniently close to the train station. Beds had privacy curtains, plugs, and lamps. Personal lockers were provided to all staying. Price was good.

Shared spaces such as bathrooms were unfortunately not maintained at all. During my whole stay - 5 days, the bathroom was most probably not cleaned even once -> the same stains, lack of toilet paper (when I asked to provide it, the staff said I have to go down to get it), lack of soap!!

Short Breakfast was perfect for quick morning a coffee and croissant for 4Euro :) its very accessible from Bordeaux Sean Jean station the Terrace restaurant is Great will be better in Summer and the Club is perfect to spend the Night

Location is good for arriving and leaving Bordeaux, as it is near the main train and bus station. However, it was a bit isolated in the middle of new area under construction, and a bit far from supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Just have it in mind and get your stuffs before going to hostel.

The hostel was quite new, and it is a big hostel. They had a good breakfast and allowed me to leave my bag in the luggage room before and after my stay. Bed was comfortable and had curtains. Room, bathroom, and common areas were all clean.

It suffers from a problem that many other hostels suffer: at night the rooms are super dark and I don't recommend checking in at that time. The rooms could really use some soft night lights and fluorescent tape. Moreover, the stairs to go to the upper bunks/pods hurt feet and shin and are kinda scary to climb (especially at night). The common kitchen is super tiny and inadequate for all the guests. Breakfast is too expensive and not especially impressive. The area is quiet and safe but you gotta walk at least 20 minute to get to a supermarket.

Location is very quiet, the building and amenities are modern. The pods give a private feel. Bathrooms are clean and plentiful. It's a decent place for more mature guests although they have a bar area, but fortunately its noise doesn't reach the other parts of the building.

Not an issue for me, but lots of stairs to go to reception (maybe there is an elevator one could take from restaurant level to reception, i haven’t checked.) Reception level bathroom were “clean” in appearance but smelled filthy. Bed pods not sound insulated at all, you hear everything from the other pods around ( you’d expect it from a hostel but some have better sound proofing).

Conveniently located a 10min walk from Gare St Jean train station. Possible to grab a bus at the station to bring you even closer if you have big suitcases and coming from the tramway. Very stylish design and vibe, there is a restaurant (check the opening hours if you arrive late). It’s in a new neighborhood in construction so not much available around, if you arrive tired, make sure to have grabbed something on the way. The bed “pods” are comfortable and very well arranged so you don’t have to climb in the face of your neighbour if you are in the upper pod. There is a little space to put your things and electrical plugs and a light. a locker with code is available for each bed. Didn’t use kitchen or shower as was a small transit before getting home.

Loved it! I was super impressed with the rooms and the entire space in general. It was a beautiful location, a bit further from town than I thought but the staff was amazing helping me figure out how to use public transport and even recommend some amazing sites/places to see during my stay!

There was no sink in the toilet bathroom which was a bit annoying. Besides being comfortable, the way the bedroom and the beds were organized did not provide for a social and interactional environment
