You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

FranceThe only problem is insufficient air conditining in the room. I imagine in the summer it will be too hot to stay in rooms. Lobby stays cool but not rooms. I complained three times before they changed me to a lower floor where it was a bit better. The neighborhood is neglect to say the least but no one bothers you. I'm traveling alone and had no concerns.
Cleaning was pretty good especially in shared areas. The rooms were pretty clean as well. The hotel in general was cleaner than I thought it would be. Close to public transportation that runs often. #215 bus stops at 10 but you can walk four minutes to hotel.

LuxembourgCommon bathroom had water on the floor by toilets. They should be cleaned more often. The neighborhood was not the best in Paris, but it's safe enough during the day.
Bedroom was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Check-in was fast and easy. Good value for the money. Convenient to a large shopping centre directly across the street. About a 10 min walk to the metro for easy access to Paris.

FinlandThe beds are not very comfortable and the area where the hotel is located is not the nicest. Nonetheless the hotel is very good considering the price.
The rooms, toilets and showers were very clean, the 24/7 reception made the check-in process very easy when we arrived at night, downstairs there is also a cold water tap and snacks that you can buy which was nice.

Not much space to put our things: there was few hooks on the wall and one narrow shelf in one side of the bed. Coming home late at night from metro stop wasn't pleasant and doesn't look safe, but we didn't get into any trouble.
Quiet neighborhood, clean and nice room. Friendly staff. Not so far from the hotel was a local market every morning with a lot of stuff - it was an intresting experience.

FranceOther members were very tense and talked to me on an angry tone and i didn't really appreciate the lack of smile. They didn't change the bed sheet for the third night. Also when i arrived the window was broken. When we sleep the bed sheets fall, it is not very comfortable.
The first person at the desk was very nice. The location is quite good not far from the metro.

United KingdomDoor uses pin#/code that are not safe when you leave your important things there. People staying there can access too if they combine or guess the numbers. Showers are also frustrating when you use it you need to press it so you can access the water. And water will return to pause/stop if you are not pressing the button while showering. Toilets are ok but there was no trash bin.
Cheap and comfortable to stay. Near the metro and bus stop.
