There was an odd musty smell in the room.

It was quiet, despite being in a very animated neighborhood. There are several restaurants just outside the hotel. I appreciated the nespresso coffee maker and the filtered water. The room was cleaned daily.

Our room had black-out curtains but because of the angle of the windows, they didn't keep out all the light.

Excellent location very close to Gare Montparnasse. Nice area, with plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops (e.g. Monoprix). Very good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

The hallways are quite narrow and dark which I found off putting initially but ultimately I felt very safe there as a solo traveller.

The property was very clean. The sheets felt more expensive than I would have expected for a 3* hotel like this. Bathroom recently renovated. Breakfast was great.

Stairs are steep and narrow, so not a good choice if you are disabled. They have elevator after the first stairs, in the 1st floor.

Did not have breakfast, but enjoyed the room. We had a special occasion and the staff had arranged a nice surprise for us at our room, this was really nice and pleasant start for our visit. Room (Chambre 306) was clean and everything was in working order. Did not try the AC as it was ok temperature, we did open the window once in a while to get some fresh air.

Coffee could only be used during breakfast. No elevator from ground to first floor.

Nice beds, clean good breakfast. Funny was the hallways were not level. So you think you are drunk when walking to your room.

the hotel was even better than what we expected. The beds are comfortable, the room clean and there is the and coffee (nespresso!) in the room which was a very nice touch.

For a 3 star property, it’s all correct. It would be nice to have a bit more choice for the breakfast.

Since we come and go through Montparnasse train station, we like the location: just 5 min walk from the station, and set on a quiet little leafy square. Typical Paris small room size, but big comfortable bed; quiet; immaculate. Staff is pleasant and helpful.

There are steps up to the first floor reception which was very difficult with heavy luggage. Breakfast was disappointing, no baguettes instead heavy doughy rolls. No fresh coffee, just a hot drink dispenser. Not great for France!

The location was great, just a short walk to the metro. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast served had limited options. If possible, I'd suggest adding an option for poultry related dishes.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel du Parc. It had all I needed and the location was ideal. I appreciate the help I received from the receptionist and staff.

All of the staff were incredibly friendly and service minded. Rooms are small but very well appointed and clean. Bathrooms seemed brand new and very clean. Our family had three different rooms and all felt the same. Breakfast is small but good variety and fresh. Lovely location away from the tourists but with restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Metro and buses close by.
