Whilst roll top bath was beautiful , the hot water bath tap repeatedly fell off which meant plunging hand into hot water to retrieve lever to turn water off. The hose to shower head also repeatedly disconnected when in use. The room would really benefit from a separate shower in addition to the bath which it could easily accommodate.

Breath taking view of Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and Sacre Couer from balcony. Watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night from the luxury of a roll top bath cannot be beaten. Complimentary Champagne was very nice surprise

The walls were quite thin and it could be quite noisy. While that is certainly understandable for an old beautiful old building, it is something to consider if you are a light sleeper.

The staff was absolutely lovely and the breakfast was delicious and very generous.

Ohh what a gem! We had a room with the Eiffel Tower view (were not expecting it!). The hotel is absolutely stunning, cosy, clean and very aesthetic. The staff was also very helpful and lovely. Would recommend and stay there again for sure! Thank you :)

This is not the fault of the Hotel and is no way tarnishing the reputation of the Hotel - but the metro exit towards the hotel is undergoing some upgrading works, which makes the walk from the metro a little less pleasant, especially with luggage after or during rain, as they have placed some wooden pallets for the public to walk and avoid puddles on, which makes things a little tricky especially if you have large bags or are travelling with little kids. Hopefully the works will complete soon (as of May2024)

The staff whom greeted us and processed our check-in were extremely polite, kind and friendly. Our room was located on level 7 (there is a good working elevator) and from our window you could see the Eiffel Tower (albeit a little far, but you could see the top bit). Room was quite small, but we had space to fully open up 2 large pieces of luggage on the floor, and it was really clean, with fresh smelling bedspreads, fluffy towels and bathrobes. The hot water for shower as well as the water pressure was good and consistent. Location was great, just about 5 min walk to the nearest metro station (Port de Champerret). It is a little further away from the tourist sites, which makes this a quieter, more pleasant and clean place to stay. It is also located near to a supermarket, cafes and bakeries.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were upgraded to a superior room which was spotless and very well equipped including fridge and coffee machine. It is in a lovely residential area with various cuisine choices. Metro stop is a short walk away.

The hotel looked lovely. It is located in a nice quiet area of the city walking distance from the Arc de Triomphe. We were positively surprised to find some welcome treats in our room. The room had two separate beds as we had requested. The room was full of light and exceptionally tidy. We had a good view to the Eiffel tower. The staff members were very friendly and easy to talk to.

We had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our window which was wonderful, the staff were lovely and helpful, they accommodated all of our requests, little pastries on reception, good transport links and supermarkets and bistros nearby (random bonus, the toilet was seperate from the bathroom)
