The location was perfect, restaurants close by. We ate breakfast at hotel one morning- very good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing not to like.

Hotel well located in the old town. Lovely old building that has been beautifully renovated. We were upgraded to a very large room with a King bed and a second room with corner lounge that I assume could be 2 single beds, and 2 bathrooms. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful.

Just the aircon needs to be better managed and explained. Not clear which elements are controlled centrally and in the room?

Second stay in a week. Much improved. Was given a room upgrade and air conditioning better. I think the rooms and system are quite new and the staff have not quite got the hang of it yet. Probably will settle down in the warmer weather. Staff very helpful and polite.

The location in the Vieux Lyon is excellent to move around. The hotel itself just opened some months ago after whole refurbishment of an old college. The work that has been done is amazing. The rooms are chic without ostentation. The staff has been absolutely great. They took time every time we had questions. Our room was just amazing: spacious, practical and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff was very kind and provided us with a map of the town with some sights to see nearby and give us guidance on parking. Our room was upgraded and it was incredibly spacious and nice. I would absolutely stay here again if I had the chance!

Very unique property in the old town refurbished to a very high standard but did not ruin the integrity of the original building. Right in the center of the old town, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, bars, cute stores, and historic buildings.

The hotel is perfectly located in the old town but is a peaceful oasis! The room was compact but so well designed and with quality finishes. The front of house staff were so helpful and welcoming.

The parking facility was poor and the lift was out of order, so glad we didn’t park there and get stuck. But there was a great public car park very close by that staff pointed out to us and was actually cheaper than the hotel car park and easily accessible

This is in the "old town" and a great location. The staff couldn't have been nicer. If you are traveling by car, their fee for a private garage space is well worth taking advantage of.

Loved the place! Amazing architecture from the medival times that has been preserved. The hotel is located in the heart of the old district, within a short walking distance to all historical landmarks. Quiet rooms with super comfortable beds. Every detail of the room's interior is thought through. Excellent breakfasts, very fresh and in French style. The staff is super friendly and service-oriented. My stay really exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
