You need to ask for amenities from the reception desk. Although we were 2 people staying at the room, they skipped to replace some of the used shampoos which are actually pretty small too. There is only one elevator and it may take a lot of time to wait in the morning sometime if you have luggages. It would have a more value for money ratio, if the rates were slightly lower at the hotel (e.g. 10% less).

The hotel is at a very convenient location, a short walk away from metro station. Also there are a lot of places nearby to eat or buy from markets. The room was clean but a bit small. The TV also connects to the computer which is good.

The AC was doing a very annoying sound and since it’s right on the side of the bed it will hit you directly on the face

The location is perfect, with a metro entrance a minute away by foot and extremely well connected. The staff is incredibly nice and always willing to help. They even offered us breakfast one day because we were on our honeymoon and they moved us to a slightly bigger room when I asked if it was possible (the first one we got was really small). The double room we got wasn’t that big but the bed was comfortable.

The hot water heater was not working sometimes. Fortunately, it wasn’t off for very long. The hotel staff was extremely responsive and tried to promptly fix the problem each time.

The breakfast buffet was good. It had a wide variety of choices. The front desk staff was professional and helpful. The remodeled shower had strong water pressure, had both a rain head and hand nozzle. It was also a decent size.

Probably a little far from the attractions we were visiting and the lift was tiny which made carrying luggage a bit arduous but it wouldn't stop me from staying again!

Just one night in Paris and this hotel was great! The room was lovely, clean, fresh and just had a really nice feel. It was comfortable and suited our family needs. We also enjoyed the breakfast which was a last minute addition that we are very glad to have added! A stand out for us were the staff, they were extremely friendly and helpful :)

The only comments I have about the AC which was turning off at night for some reason, but to be fair I didnt check with the staff about it and it could be better if they add a kettle in the rooms.

Overall I liked everything, room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

On Saturday night there was noise from the street until 2:00 am, perhaps better to ask for a room that doesn't face the street.

The hotel is located in an excellent place, close to the bus station and the metro. There are many restaurants and patisseries nearby. The rooms are bigger than the usual in Paris. The stuff were amazing!!! Helpful and kind.

The only downside was the noise from the strret. Although the room had noise isolation, it was very noisy. We could hear the noise from the street until late at night.
