IrelandThe window was broken, it was impossible to close it completely so it was draughty. It was early April when the nights are still quite chill. I suppose this should have been checked in advance of our arrival. When we asked to change our room, we were told that were no available rooms and weren’t offered any help to resolve the problem or a discount.
Perfect location (a couple of minutes walk to the spot where you can enjoy the view of Mont Saint Michel - highly recommend to go there at the sunrise), a bus stop is in front of the hotel, a very good breakfast

United KingdomWhile the room had a loft for another bed, the main room was very small where we could not open two suitcase at once. The stairs to the loft was very steep like a ladder and somewhat dangerous for small children.
One of the best locations to visit Mont Saint Michel by foot or shuttle bus. Around the hotel, you can see a souvenir shop and some restaurants. Although the room was very small, the bed was comfortable and sufficient for a family of four, which was the most important point for me when choosing an accommodation. The breakfast was simple but its quality was fine.
