To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Perfect location close to the train station and metro. Preferably we were looking for something close for an airport transfer and this ticked all the boxes. Breakfast was good with free coffee throughout our stay. Clean room and hot shower.

Australia-Bathroom Items like the toilet seat and cover will need replacement due to ageing. They were discoloured and did not have the soft Close feature anymore .
-The staff were very pleasant and helpful -Great location for travel within and outside Paris with Gare du Nord being next door and Gare de l'ouest or Paris Est being a 4 min walk away Excellent for people keen on having Indian food as there are plenty of options close by -The rooms were well appointed and a decent size

The room was good sized, modern, and immaculately clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast was enjoyable and lived up to my expectations.

Location is great when coming from Eurostar. It is well deserved with different metro at the door of hotyel which allow to go to central paris in a few minutes. Rooms are good as good soundproofing and thus not noise from outside.
