This property was perfect for visiting Disneyland! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the apartment was super clean and opposite were loads of shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

Getting in was not easy. The room is 100% in a retirement home and there was no one at reception upon arrival. We did not speak French so we spent almost 45mins standing at reception trying to make contact with someone to come provide us the keys. Thankfully one of the residents came to our aid and located someone in the facility for us. Once that was accomplished it was super easy as the desk person did speak English. So I guess if someone is there you won't have a problem if the desk is empty and you don't speak French or have access to a phone it could be a bit frustrating.

The room itself was spacious very clean and was enjoyable to stay in. As an added bonus it had roll down black out blinds which was a nice bonus. It is maybe a 10min walk from the train station but it is only a one stop ride so very easy to do. We did make the walk there and back as well and it takes maybe 30mins. Also there is 0 streetlight if you take the path back in the dark. As it is fairly secluded if you aren't comfortable with that situation absolutely take the train back. The room is 100% in a retirement community so I do not know how well it would work for a family as I feel the residents may not appreciate the commotion.

We announced a late arrival (24:00), but no one was at the desk to give us keys. Some guests that were already staying let us in. The attendant looked like she had just woken up and she did not speak English. During our stay we found out the building is a retirement home or probably assisted living. This did not take away from us enjoying the stay. The residents were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately for us, we don't speak French and the attendants did not speak English, Spanish, nor German. During the weekend, there was no easy way to communicate - even when we used Google translate. The staff that came in on Monday did speak English, but we were already checking out that morning.

The location was ok - about a 25 minute walk (2km). The apartment was extremely clean and roomy. We did not need the kitchen, but it was a nice feature to have. Breakfast was a normal, European spread - enough to get you going in the morning.

It is a beautiful, quiet area and quite close to the train station. The apartments are spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff is nice and welcoming.

This place had very nice front desk personnel who were more than willing to help as needed. The people here were all very welcoming and friendly. And the room was far above what I expected. It was clean, bright, had a closet, a small balcony, a spacious bathroom, and a kitchenette that was more than needed for a few days stay with groceries.

Spacious rooms and comfy beds. Loved the fact it had a swimming pool. Swim cap needed. Couple of minutes walk from val de Europe shopping centre, parking underneath and easy to find. Stayed here the night before we went to Disney which was a few minutes drive away.

The staff couldn’t speak English and made no effort to translate so we could deal with issues effectively. We got stuck in the underground car park so we pressed the buzzer to reception to get in and the receptionist just said no English and left us stuck in the car park. Our lock on our apartment door broke and we had to wait twice for it to be fixed. On the second occasion my son had to walk 25 mins to Disney to get the key from me as they didn’t have a spare key on site. This was not our issue yet no one offered to bring him over to collect the only key they had. I think this is really poor considering it was not our issue. I also think one key is a huge fire risk!!! I was only able to resolve things because I used my common sense and translated everything to French which is what they hotel should have done. Not one person apologised for the lock problem. We paid nearly £500 for 3 nights and should not have had to wait around for a lock to be fixed twice!!

The property was in the perfect location for Disney and was very clean and tidy.

my only issue was the pull out sofa bed - it really could have done with a good clean underneath; when we pulled it out to make the ned/put on sheets, there was a lot of dust, dirt, debris (maybe it is not used that often as a bed)

Clean & Comfortable, close to shopping centre and 5 minute drive to Disneyland Side note - Unusual set up, seems to be incorporated with a care home for OAPs. Still fine however don’t be surprised to see a lot of elderly people socialising in the reception area and living there.

It is somewhat an old folks home so do expect to see old folks gathering over breakfast and having chats in the common areas. For this, you are also definitely assured of clean sanitized areas :)
