The walls are a little thin so you could occasionally hear nearby rooms. The property is sent on a small hill. May be a little challenging for the elderly or if with children.

Beautiful little property with good views over the lake. Only a short walk from the town centre.

The staff were so friendly. The location on the lake is ideal (if you enjoy a short walk to town). Really comfortable beds. Great coffee and pastries at the breakfast buffet.

We were at the top of the building. The room was a bit cramped, and the sloping ceiling in the bathroom was a bit of a challenge - and I’m only 176cm.

A really nice, quiet hotel with character and a welcoming feel. The staff were very helpful. It’s a short walk down to the lake, and 20 min stroll along the lake to the town centre. The hotel offers secure bike storage, and there are plenty of routes for all level of cyclists to enjoy.

Breakfast was expensive and perhaps was not value for money. That said it was still nice but was the only downside in my opinion about the hotel. Views from the hotel exceptional. We booked a room with a balcony and was super.

The room could have been cleaner; I'm not sure when the floor of the room was last vacuumed but there were bits/granules of dirt on the floor around the bed. Some things were a little tatty like the divan. Room itself was quite small. Fine for us but if there had been three of us (it was three bedroom room) it would have been very tight with luggage too. No AC which meant it was quite warm but not unbearable. Suggest putting a shower mat in the shower as I slipped over twice.. Overall it was fine for our purposes. I think the price you pay is for the location in Annecy but we had a pleasant stay.

Location was great for us. 20 minutes walk into town, 5 minutes from a public beach, nice walks nearby, and parking by the hotel. The check in was smooth and the staff friendly. Nice to be in a less busy area. I liked the refillable shower gel and hand soap dispensers.

Although our room was clean, the bathroom had quite a few long, dark hairs around the shower tray and floor which were not ours. Breakfast was slightly disappointing. There were no glasses for the juice dispenser and the cappuccino that came from the coffee machine was pre-sweetened. There is no evening meal option, although there is a bar area, which means you have no choice but to go out to eat. In general it was a nice place and it was comfortable.

We received a warm welcome at reception in English and French! The hotel was conveniently located close to the beach on the lake and to the old town (20 minute walk along the lake). Our room had plenty of space to accommodate a bed for our child and the beds were comfy. Our highlight was meeting a hedgehog and her hoglet in the carpark!

Excellent breakfast, regional produce, good choices. The location was perfect, room overlooked the lake. Just a few yards to the bus stop to Annecy, or a pleasant short walk by lake. The staff were helpful and friendly, nothing no too much trouble. On site parking was a bonus.

Breakfast was POOR and not well organized... for the price they charge, is not a real breakfast. If I'll come back sure I'll not take breakfast anymore. No Bacon - No Eggs - No Cake - Koffe's machine was broken that morning...you should ask and wait for them to bring it to the table because they were making it in the kitchen with a small machine.. (they even forgot mine).

Nice place simple but good.. nice person at the welcome desk. The room was OK..with all the necessary. Sure i'll come back if in the zone.

Front desk service, the room - good size, comfortable bed, fridge and kettle, extra pillows. A lot of other places we stayed on our trip did not have these things. The quiet location - forest behind, easy walk to lake swimming spot or into town. Good breakfast selection. Parking provided.
