i sleep always in this hotel when visiting customers in strasbourg. Parking inside, good bed, nice bath room - perfect break fast and directly in city center! top hotel

It’s perfectly located in the pedestrian zone, and the rooms were literally perfect. The front reception was super helpful and we had the best time before going to the castle. Highly recommend.

Everything was great! I wouldn't change anything except maybe that the dog and parking fees could be lower. Other than that, I think everything was very reasonable.

This is a great hotel, in the city center but removed from some of the bigger tourist attractions. It is still very walkable to anything in the city you'd like to see but nice and quiet at night. We were traveling with our dog and they made a point to ask for her name ahead of arrival and had a cute dog bowl set up with a treat in the room and a name card. Everything was very comfortable and the bath items were luxurious as they used Nuxe (if you know you know). We also had parking on site which was an extra fee but much easier to park here than further in the city. I would definitely stay here again!

The fitness/sauna area seemed too small.

The hotel is right outside of the historical center, which avoids the crowd of tourists. It takes just a couple of minutes to walk to the center. The room was very comfortable under every aspect; size, bed, bathroom. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Tried really hard to think of a negative but couldn’t find any faults

Loved this place - clean, spacious rooms with air conditioning, bed was super comfortable. The shower was one of the best showers we’ve had in a hotel room, perfect temperature and pressure. Very friendly staff, everyone was so kind to us. Breakfast was delicious, would really recommend this for anyone who needs a place to stay in Strasbourg

The extra money for the parking was a lot. The extra charge for a dog expensive too.

It was very close to many attractions. Lovely walk down the canal. Quiet location for a busy city centre which was good for sleep. Liked that it had a covered garage.

Breakfast area had limited size so you had to schedule your breakfast time so as not to overcrowd the dining area. I don't like morning deadlines as I'm not a morning person. In the end it wasn't that inconvenient.

Room was clean, hotel was quiet, location was reasonably close to Le Petit France section of Strasbourg. Bed was comfortable.

We loved the hotel. It was in close proximity for to the Old Town/Tourist centre and took a pleasant 10/15 minute walk to the centre. We loved staying here and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We walked to the train station to take a train to Colmar and it was approx. a 15 minute flat walk to the station. We chose not to have breakfast as we preferred to eat in the town, so cannot comment.

The breakfast, although plentiful, was the same every day. We stayed for 6 nights, and felt that a little variety would be good. The gym is super small and there were no yoga mats. The floor is super rugged so the experience from a morning workout is terrible. :/

The hotel and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff is very polite and helpful. We felt safe and welcome. The rooms are good, but small. We were surprised that the toilet is separate from the rest of the bathroom, but still comfortable. The daily housekeeping made sure everything was clean, maybe even too clean. The sauna is a nice addition.
