The property is quite basic. My bathroom was very small and smelled of mould. The on-site laundromat proved to be problematic. Although the property is well-insulated from noise inside, the noise of the metro trains running deep under the apartment is very noticeable from 5am in the morning right through to around 1am the next morning.

Excellent location near a metro station with multiple routes, and only footsteps from the famous Marché de Grenelle and a Monoprix department store which has an amazingly good supermarket in it. There’s a a wide choice of typical Parisian cafes and brasseries right outside the property, and an interesting range of eateries in the area. It was excellent to be able to use the kitchenette in my apartment. The bed was very comfortable. My apartment was quiet. There was no noise from other guests, and because my room did not look into the street, I had no traffic noise.

The noise from the metro was constant. I thought this would bother us more than it did. We just accepted that the metro was incredibly convenient to the hotel and we took ear plugs with us to block to sound out. The kids slept through it.

Excellent location. Rooms where spacious and comfortable. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket beside the hotel. The surrounding area felt safe.

Our booking was allocated incorrectly (twin) and given a double for the first night. They did sort out the room the next day and provide a good view.

I think there should be a better isolation of windows since the metro line is in the same street and the whole building vibrates when metro comes and leaves the station. But aside that the stay was fine

the kitchen area was small but useable . Very limited supply of crockery etc. The saucepans had no lids

this aparthotel was in the perfect location for us - close to shops, restaurants, metro station and taxi rank. The staff were amazing , friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Large room , very comfy bed and the view of the eiffel tower was breathtaking

The staff didn’t tell us about the property and what was available. We saw there was a breakfast lounge and when we asked if breakfast was served the staff member said “ya.” We didn’t know if there was a menu, if it was free, or not. I had to ask for a cup to access the coffee as well.

Room size may have been a tad larger , but the apartments we wanted were sold out , so not really a complaint. Curtains are not fully darkening , and there may be noise in the rooms with city / Eiffel view , in case travelling with infant .

Great location with majestic views of the Eiffel. Shares wall with McDonalds which is open till 2am if you run into hunger blues. Lots of other eatery options nearby / on Uber. Metro is 10 steps away on foot. Eiffel is closeby. The staff were wonderful. Jasmine / Jessica ( apologies for not correctly remembering the name ) bonded really well with our infant. Reception staff really handed our queries to the best of their abilities. It was an enjoyable and nice stay.

We need to change our towels, and replenish rubbish bags from the 2nd floor by ourselves. But it is always out of stock.

The room is spacious. The staff is friendly and always smiling. The hotel is close to the metro and subway. Very convenient to anywhere in France. It is walk distance from hotel to Eiffel Tower and many famous locations. Macdonald is at the ground floor in the hotel. A big supermaket is next to the hotel. A coin laundry is just 5 mins walk. We can see Eiffel Tower night show everynight from our window. It is amazing.

bed just a bit dusty,room a bit old. broken elevator out of 2 elevators so it took a long time to get in to the room. we expect balcony with Eiffel view as the photo but we get just 1/3 of Eiffel , we asked for twin bed but get double bed which quite uncomfortable when you traveled with your friend.

The noise from the metro line running across the road is quite disturbing at night. Although very convenient, the noise and vibration made it difficult to sleep. Great hotel for one or two nights in Paris, would not recommend staying here if you plan ons staying more than 2 nights.

The hotel is walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and a metro station right accross the road. The rooms are very nice although we felt the bedroom of the apartment is very small. The studio was a great size.

Staff was a little slow, breakfast is too expensive and there are rooms (like mine) in which you hear the train all day and night.

I thought the room would be a little bigger since it looked that way in the pictures when I was booking it.
