It’s twelve months since our last visit and everything feels a little tired now. The bathroom and toilet situation in the junior suite isn’t great. You have to leave the loo and go into the bathroom to wash your hands. Also, both toilet and bathroom are just a little bit too small to navigate comfortably.

This was our second visit. The location is spectacular. The staff are lovely. Breakfast is very good. The underground car park was a big bonus for us allowing me (as a disabled traveller) access to the lift straight from the car.

Bed was very uncomfortable… Mattress definitely had a depression and was over used. Reception staff was unfriendly!!

A really nice hotel located perfectly for running / cheering of Marathon de Mont Blanc. A big plus is that the rooms have balconies. It was our second stay and we'll come back.

You couldn't properly swim in the pool. It was more to relax than do actual swimming.

The breakfast was very great and tasty. So many different things to eat and all of them were delicious.

We were there during the heat wave, normally camping but giving us a break during 3 weeks roadtrip for a night. I expected an AC as a default thing in such a hotel but they don´t have any. Important to say, they provide us ventilator very quickly when we asked but it was very hot in the room anyway.

The location is amazing, view from the room directly to mountains. For travelers - be aware that there is a laundry room just across the street as well as amazing bakery etc. Swimming pool is decent for quick relaxing experience, breakfast great. Staff is very friendly, specially to kids - very nice experience :)

It's a small thing!!! In the bedroom... The bath with a shower head is very dated, and the bathroom is quite small. The bedroom itself was lovely, and the view from the balcony of Mont Blanc was fab. I've wanted to stay here for a long time and my expectations were very high!!

The staff, the reception, the bar area, the fantastic little spa were all lovely. The hotel looks fab inside and out and is in a great location.

Our balcony was very large but was semi open to the room next door just a privacy screen that only covered half of the distance. Would like to see some kind of barrier erected to stop other people from walking in front of the room. No one did but they could. This was only on the floor we were located on as higher floors had fully separate balconies.

Hotel in great location, parking was appreciated and needed as the area is very busy. Room was great and the pool and spa area was enjoyable. We would return to this hotel.

We invited a room with breakfast but once we arrived suddenly our breakfast wasn’t included in the booking. Never mind, we decided to eat out in the city centre and found some very good restaurants with vegetarian options

Beautiful hotel in Chamonix, facing the Mont-Blanch mountain, close to coffee shops, ice cream, patisserie and basically close to city centre which contains everything u need in a vacation. The hotel has SPA area in the basement, not very equipped or spoiling but enough if you want to refresh at the end of the day

Carpet old - No food service at room if I need it - the ironing was not working but they provide another one.
