We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Room was more than adequate, a mix of old traditional French hotel and modern furnishings. The en-suite bathroom was bijou but perfectly adequate. The staff were extremely friendly, even the cleaners. And the sea-view from the balcony was to die for. Being able to buy tickets for the Palmyra Zoo at a discount from reception was an added bonus

Great location, opposite beach and near fantastic restaurants, bars and shops. We stayed in a family room, not much of a balcony but the room is bigger than the other rooms for extra beds. Fantastic views. Lovely owners and staff, really helpful and friendly. Great breakfast. I would recommend staying here and would stay again if in the area.
