Great location

The room was very small and the overall feel and look of the hotel was a bit tired. Overall, the experience was not good value for money. Had we known about the works in front of the hotel when initially booking, we would have gone elsewhere.

The hotel was well located close to the centre of Beaune. Unfortunately there were a lot of road works taking place in front of the hotel which led to a lot of noise and dust. Due to the road works we were not able to use the hotel car park. The staff on reception were very pleasant and helpful. We did not try the breakfast.

There was a really bad smell of rotting food coming from what I assume was the bin store. It was really unpleasant and looked like the bins hadn’t been emptied for ages. It gave a bad impression, especially near the hotel entrance.

It is very centrally located and the staff are friendly. This was our second visit and it had been upgraded since and is much improved.

Larger room than 101. More space for luggage for international travellers. More closet space. Larger bathroom.

We had a bad experience. On arrival reception advised they could book us a taxi for the following day to a tour in Mersault and it would cost c €30. They then booked a car for us which was very late and we missed the start of our tour and it cost €170 for a 12 minute journey. Very unhappy!! We would appreciate your help in securing compensation. Apparently the car came from Dijon- not our problemA credit note for a future booking would be ok as we were otherwise happy with the hotel. Noise from road works and deliveries.

Fire alarm was set off in the night and there was no Fire Marshall or procedure. If it had been a real fire it would not have been good. There was no one properly in charge and no explanation as to what happened. The hit and cold taps are the wrong way around so the hot is the cold and vice verser.

Great location. Rooms were simple but nice and beds comfortable. Parking was so close which was great as the hotel parking wasn’t available due to overrunning works. We would stay again.

We booked a superior room (as had stated there before). Thus tine the room was smaller with a ridiculous toilet and tap in the sink that was almost disconnected. Overall it was not worth the additional monies charged (almost 50% more expensive).

Convenient and reasonable value although the price increased significantly as we stated on Easter Monday.

No comfortable seats in the room. The bathroom was for disabled persons but possibly due to being slightly early for check in.

Friendly helpful staff. Initially the room was unavailable (we were 30 minutes early) but they found us another room.

Walls seem to be out of cardboard. Breakfast lacks healthy choices, there were not even fresh fruits (apples, pears, bananas).

Location was excellent, with free parking nearby. Staff was friendly.

Bed was on the small side - the headboard was much wider than the bed.

Well located in walking distance from Beaune centre. Has a large carpark. Lots of restaurants close by. Simple but good breakfast. Lovely shower
