You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NetherlandsThe sofabed in our room was little rickety. Every time any one sitting or sleeping on the sofabed makes the slightest movement it creaks. The creak sounds got little annoying especially at night.
Location is close to the highway and just at the edge of city centre. The rooms were big sized rooms with kitchenette. Comfy beds and pillows. Bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was charged extra. They had a good enough spread for breakfast. They offered variety of breads, cereals, fresh fruits, juice, lemonade, tea and coffee, yoghurt, scrambled egg/omelet, cake etc. It has its own secure underground car park for which they charge a nominal amount. The staff at the reception were courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend it to others.

FranceOther reviews mentioned a free parking nearby, but we arrived late at night and no places were available. Anyway we paid 8 euros per day for the hotel's underground parking, which was more convenient since we had a lot of luggage.
Very comfortable stay. The hotel is very easy to reach from the highway. We had a very large bathroom, with a bathtub / shower. Our son slept in the sofa bed (which opens into a double bed). There were two flat screen TVs, one in each room, a large table for meals, and a desk (it would be a plus if travelling for work). Also an equipped kitchen.

United States of AmericaWe had friends who stayed in a different unit. We noticed that, although the units were pretty much identical, the accessories (kitchen utensils, laundry rack, etc.) weren't the same across the two rooms.
It was great to have this little apartment. The breakfast was good and you could order pizza for dinner for 10 euros. There's a grocery store around 10 minutes away and a little store right around the corner. It's right on the tram line.

United KingdomTV did not work on arrival. Staff unable to rectify but promised to return in 10 minutes with an update and possible alternative room . After an hour we contacted then and they said they had forgotten to update us. By day 2 the TV was repaired. Bulb not working in bathroom repaired on request. Towel rail in bathroom not fully secured. Tram service suspended bus replacement. Staff did not mention this or offer tourist maps etc
