The location is very far from the city center, if you want to go back from the city center, you will be miserable. It was a beautiful hotel, but it is only good for someone who has a car.

The size of the room, especially of the bathroom - ok only if you plan to spend very little time in there. Because of the very small size, might not be the best value for money, but there are some additional discounts on the website of the hotel (don’t rely on the booking’s “price-match”). A bit limited breakfast (for example, no vegetables at all).

We liked the cozy ambiance in the hotel. Big free parking. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.

They promised us extra room (arranged and confirmed by email 1 week before arrival), but they didn't deliver completely. We got extra room for 2 nights, but for 1 night 2 adults had to stay in 1 room. We didn't get the feeling that they want to help us.

When I completed the booking I was under the impression I had paid for breakfast for two but apparently had not, so was charged 22€ at the hotel for this plus the tax I have expected to pay. No big deal, my fault I expect, and the breakfast was worth it!

The breakfast was exceptionally good. A wide variety of food choices and coffee machines that made coffee that tastes like coffee :-)

The room was very small, except sleeping you couldn't move around, the pillow sheet was torn apart.

We booked this hotel because it was close to Arkea Arena which was having a concert we planned to attend. The hotel reminded us somewhat of a semi-hostel accommodation, but in a good way. The room was small as was the bathroom, bed was comfortable Overall, we liked the place and of course, its location was perfect for us. Also, it had ample parking which was important to us.

Access to the shower was a little tight as the doors are small and narrow. The beer pump was not working in the bar for draft beer and there were no spirits available.

Staff were really lovely, especially Jessica. Breakfast was lovely and they decked out the hotel for the Rugby World Cup and set up a large screen for fans to watch games.

I think the hotel was understaffed as they struggled to keep up with providing clean dishes/mugs and cutlery for the breakfast. But this was not a major fault. The staff didn't know how to change the keg of beer when it ran out. There weren't really prepared for a big group. However this would not put me off using the hotel again.

The particular room we stayed in was very small, however it was perfect for what we needed. We were a group of 26 people and from what I could see the rooms were different sizes. But mainly small overall. There is a small bar, with a conference type high table and bar stools. This suited us perfectly as we were a large group. Breakfast was delicious, very fresh and good value. Can't comment on the location as we were just using it as an overnight stop. However McDonalds is next door. If coming from the airport, get an UBER and not a taxi. €50 for the uber - €90 for a taxi. Really liked the quirky decoration of the hotel. Rooms were well priced.

The room decoration is a bit old. The room offered for 2 adults and 1 child was a bit tight. Though the cleaning was spotless, the bathroom was too tiny.

Breakfast with many options. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient.

Great location near the Motorway. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the room exceptionally clean and comfortable. Great for the journey through France and more than good enough for a few nights stay if visiting Bordeaux.

Rooms VERY small or we were unlucky not to have a family room although the staff managed to find us rooms next to each other but separate! We didn’t use the extra room just for sleeping. Showers bit difficult to work out and comes out extremely hot.

Location, secure parking, nice reception people and handy shops close by when you have kids and no time to look for food.
