the furniture at the terasse needs to be renovated. room was not cleaned everyday breakfast is the same, and chose of the food not a lot.

location is perfect. equipment in the room for the baby (bath, changing mate, warmer for bottles )

We had a poor experience at dinner the first night. Service was pretty bad or even rude. Food was indifferent, only the wine was good. Tried to get a coffee in the cafe but the machine was broken. Pools had peculiar rules!

We don't normally stay in this kind of hotel, but we're glad we did. Location is perfect, just a few 100m from a charming beach and 15 mins walk to the port. Hotel facilities are very impressive (although the spa treatments are rather expensive). Two large (free) pools.Buffet breakfast was excellent. Room was comfortable; and a good size and had a balcony which was great. Good array of treats in the bathroom.

Amazing spa facilities that guests can use as part of the stay. A real must! Right on a beachfront and in a lovely spot for swimming in the sea when warm enough. Buffet breakfast is very good and even hot chocolate available, pain au chocolates etc. Very clean and large rooms.

Terrace and windows very dirty. Cleaning of room poor. The hotel has 4 stars for the facilities they have but is in serious need of maintenance.

Had made a bistro booking by email but was told it was fully booked. Request was made 7/10 earlier. No apology. The hotel was away from the restaurants

The hotel was amazing! It transforms you into another world. The rooms were lovely and the beds exceptional. The staff very professional and friendly. The bathroom very good. The location very beautiful right on the sea. The food is fresh, good quality and good presentation.

No air conditioning, no outdoor pool, no BBC (though listed on the TV channel card in the room) and too fussy about rules like robes, towels, slippers, etc.

Was there for 3 nights. On first morning inquired about a 50 min massage only to be told there were no spots available however on many occasions I walked past empty massage rooms- very disappointing! Also whilst a few staff spoke some English most did not ! Seemed only to cater for the French instead of travelers from around the world.

Room fabulous. Facilities great. Food in restaurant etc great . Location amazing.

Very noisy staff from 6am onwards with trolleys or something similar going in and out of the service area. initially thought it was thunder, it was so loud. also smelt smoke from staff having cigarette breaks. dodgy fan in the room and no aircon, so could not close the window to block the noise. maid walked in even though I shouted no twice. overall very disappointing for a £300 a night room. would definitely not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a beautiful location right on the beach however having been there in 30c heat the hotel had no air conditioning throughout.

no air co, and although most of the staff were very friendly, there was one gentleman at the reception that was rude and dismissive. But overall, good

The place is very much geared to those using all the Thalasso facilities and so a an independent guest one felt a bit second class. the hotel is also very large and very badly signed making it very difficult to access facilities easily. We are not stupid but it was challenging. The restaurant was very cafeteria like (same place as for breakfast) Nice view but felt a bit underwhelming - the food actually deserved better surroundings. All in all I felt it was very poor value for money given that is was over £250 per night the for room without breakfast.

We had a nice room with a sea view and use of the pool facilities at the Thalasso spa. The bar was nice and the breakfast decent but very predictable and also quite expensive for what was on offer.
