Constant odour in the bathroom

Lovely place in a nice area of Paris .

Bathroom smelled when we arrived, it was probably the blumbing

Fairly central, on the same line as notre dame and the eiffel tower, nice personell, very quick and smooth check in and check out. Nice (but understandably small) kitchen with all of the equipment we needed. Very nice and good price

they did not offer me breakfast after requested them to reduce the price or give concession since i stayed for long time,

I booked my room through booking.com when i booked they said breakfast was included and paid for it but when i reached the hotel, the hotel staff told break fast not included but I requested to provide me breakfast with concession price since i stayed for 23 days but manager was not kind he did not allow. so it was kind of cheating,

Only minor things - bed was creaky and moved, and there was a lot of road noise. A room at the back would have been quieter.

Good location - not far from RER station. Good value for money. Clean, comfy rooms.

Comfortable beds, kitchenette separate from bedroom, street view, wooden floor, kindness of staff -provided umbrella and x=extra blanket, coffee in reception, relax area, safe and quiet neighborhood, close to train station and metro and full of markets cafes, and restaurants. Convenient price. Thanks

The location - it is a little far (about 1 km) from the metro station and the bus service to the metro station was not very frequent.

The room had good amenities. It was clean and the staff were very friendly. Overall, definitely good value for money.

The kitchenette was too small. We were planning to use RER C to travel to Paris. The train schedule is so rare, so we couldn’t use it. To the subway M7 is 20 min. walk.

The studio was comfortable enough for a 3 day stay.

Baby cot was not comfortable so we didn't use it. Bit noisy in the night.

Value for money. Apartment with kitchen included. All our family could stay in the same place. Staff was so friendly. Safe parking with additional amount.

The front door code changed without notice a few days into our stay.

The hotel was in a good part of the city, only a few blocks from the metro, grocery stores, and the river. The rooms have mini kitchens and were extremely quiet. The WiFi was reliable.

The lady on the check in desk was so helpful and nice. The cuttleries and the kitchenware complete. You can store the luggage before check in and after check out. There was also scale to weight your luggage. Nearby the train station.. i also like the bear cafe in front of the hotel.

Sometime the door could not close, even thought we used the door lock, it was still open. The location, although it was close to the metro and a train station, it is not the best if you are planning on walking to the station by yourself at night

The apartment was clean and with everything we needed. The kitchen was equipped with all the things we needed to use during our stay (we cooked most of our breakfast and dinners)

Clogged bathtub drain.

The room was spacious with a nice view at the park. The location of the hotel was great, close to shops, cafes and public transport. An extra bonus is the secure parking. In addition, Maggy at the reception was exceptional!! She was friendly, professional and willing to attend any request. It was a pleasure to meet her!

I would love to see checkout time 12 and not 11 am. Rest is good.

I like the good behavior of reception people and i have stayed here few times so feels comfortable and safe. Its clean and good to stay around Paris.

The room temperature was fixed to 20 degrees, and we were neither allowed to change that nor did we get a heater when we complained about the coldness.

Staff was really friendly and the rooms were really well equipped and comfy.

The room was much smaller than the photos but it was clean and comfortable.

Well connected. Had good infrastructures near by and was well connected to the Paris city center.
