1 staff member a little rude in downstairs restaurant, thought it was just me but she was the same with everyone, breakfast not the best but done the job

The family room was a good size overall, but the bedrooms were cramped - squeezed six beds into a two bedroom/one lounge suite for no reason (only four people staying). It wasn't very clear when facilities like the pool were available to hotel guests - we couldn't tell if we were allowed to use the pool as advertised on booking.com or not.

Helpful, pleasant staff and good location near to the centre of Rovaniemi. Reasonably priced for two nights and generally very functional. The bathroom, shower and sauna were clean and a good size. Generally a good stay, but it definitely feels like a sports centre first and a hotel second.

Unfortunately we all found the beds uncomfortable. The swimming pool was closed from 8am to 2pm and with family it would have been great to open all day

Location! We had a room on the basement floor!!!! Not a very nice view from the windows!

A little far to walk to city, but Uber was brilliant for the journeys we took Would be great to have more food options for lunch & dinner

It’s a sport resort, in its first meaning. “Spa “ means swimming pool and there is nothing cosy about it, indoor playground is only accessible in weird schedule because always booked for groups, food and breakfast was low average . Staff has obviously seen too many tourists this year and the attitude reflects it.

The opening times for the swimming pool and play centre were quite restricted but once you were aware of it, there was no issue. For example play centre only opens at 8pm and not available earlier in the evening. The food for breakfast was pretty basic but there was something for everyone, once you are not overly fussy. The wifi was available but you had to log in each time, you could not stay logged in. We could have done with a change of towels during our few day stay - we didnt ask though so it is possible we could have got it then. There was very little around the hotel, such as shops so make sure you have everything you want before going back to the hotel for the night.

The facilities for children in the hotel were great. There was a swimming pool, bowling alley and a play centre. There was a lot of sledges for hire and the hill for sledging was across the road. There was also rental of bikes and skis. The food in the cafe at reception was lovely and great value. Staff were helpful and ordered taxis that arrived very promptly.

A shuttle bus into the centre would have been so good.

The place is massive with great on site facilities, especially good for keeping children entertained.

Hotel was perfect for a family break with teenagers. If it was serviced by a bus to Rovaneimi or Santa Claus village, it would be the icing on the cake.

Loved the room- family room was very spacious for 6. Two adults, two teenagers, two children. Sauna in family bedroom was a bonus. Room immaculately clean with kitchenette area with dishwasher, microwave, crockery, sink and dining table for six. Pool facilities very nice. Breakfast good - scrambled egg lovely. Very helpful staff on reception desk.

The beds were uncomfortable and not enough pillows. 7 of us stayed in 2 rooms and all struggled with getting comfortable for sleeping. The pool is closed from 8am to 2pm, it would be ideal to have it open throughout the day

The staff were excellent especially at the main desk. The pool was amazing - a real treat ❤️ Rooms spacious and well equipped - Nicest hot chocolate of our stay! Really enjoyed the walking tracks around the hotel and the cafe was excellent, the bowling great fun and our kids really enjoyed watching trainings at the training centre in mornings and evening

The location was excellent, it is 30 min Walking to the town through the trails. You can rent fat bikes and walking skis for the trails around the hotel. You can walk up the hill in 15 min to the ski resort but you need to walk down the piste to the resort. We really enjoyed being in the outskirts of town. We felt we got the most of everything. Breakfast was good. Limited options for dinner but ok you can walk to town or take a taxi, but we chose to walk everywhere

Beds were so uncomfortable for the high price at the time. Cramped and uncomfortable. Cook top closed early unable to get food on Christmas night was disappointing. No shuttles in and out of town or santaland. No Christmas fun for kids at hotel. Terrible view of a roof
