We stayed at santasport whilst attending a sporting event that was also being run there. We stayed in the hotel in a standard twin room. It was functional and clean and had a microwave, kettle, fridge and everything we needed to make lunch. We also bought breakfast, which varied slightly over the days but had lots of options, in particular my partner, who is lactose and gluten intolerant, had an array of gluten free options to eat and lactose free milk or veggie milks to choose from. The catering staff were very accomofating and helpful. The venue had good weightlifting training facilities, and the spa pools were a real treat.

Restaurant opening time in the summer is too restrictive and we missed the opportunity to eat at 7pm!!!

The room was basic but immaculately cleaned and very well put for storage. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was outstanding, quality and quantity of choice. Swimming pool with cristal clear water and beautiful facilities with power spray

On our second night, it was a bit warm. It is difficult to sleep if you can feel that your neck is sweating. But late midnight, it was all OK again.

The room was really cleaned. It's nice to stay knowing that the room you're staying in is cleaned properly. The beds were really nice. My kids, who are very particular in cleanliness, were really pleased that the room was nicely clean, especially the beds. Kudos to the housekeeping department. The hotel is good for family. Especially if you have small children, very kid's friendly hotel. Thank you.

It was not easy to get reach to the exact location by public transport.

There were a lot of hiking routes nearby. There are also a lot of sport activities. Staff was helpful and cheerful.

Unfortunately this is very family oriented and there were lots of kids running up and down the hall with the occasional knock and run happening.

Very modern and clean, nice size bedrooms and bathroom. Mini kitchen with microwave and sink was very handy. Blackout curtains were good especially for this time of year.

The family room was a good size overall, but the bedrooms were cramped - squeezed six beds into a two bedroom/one lounge suite for no reason (only four people staying). It wasn't very clear when facilities like the pool were available to hotel guests - we couldn't tell if we were allowed to use the pool as advertised on booking.com or not.

Helpful, pleasant staff and good location near to the centre of Rovaniemi. Reasonably priced for two nights and generally very functional. The bathroom, shower and sauna were clean and a good size. Generally a good stay, but it definitely feels like a sports centre first and a hotel second.

Unfortunately we all found the beds uncomfortable. The swimming pool was closed from 8am to 2pm and with family it would have been great to open all day
