The Village have everything you need, I would highly recommend if you are family and have kids would be nice as you can do so many things with them.

I was expecting more from the breakfast, but over all it was very good.

The Santa Claus Village was in a short walking distance with all services near by.

Beautiful location, the cottages are great, fully equipped, and the breakfast you would not want to miss. Employees are fun to visited with, extremely helpful. Highly recommend Santa's Village for staying at and the great shopping available.

Never met so much helpful and Kind Staff in a Hotel before. Staff members at the Hotel's reception were all absolutalely grand! Did not stop giving us guidance or any kind of good recommendation. We were a group of 15 guests and we all felt like at home. An absolute recommendable hotel to visit at least once in a lifetime.

The only thing I’d change would be to add an oven into the kitchenette.

It’s so magical and festive, even when we visited in summer! The cabin was clean and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of space for all four of us. The sauna was our favourite part!

Some blinds on the windows would not hurt, especially if you are visiting in the summer. Also, the TV is strangely positioned over the bed—it's not a problem, just an observation.

No labels on the food served at breakfast (I have allergies and did not know what I could eat or not).

Very welcoming and helpful staff at the front desk. Cabins are clean, spacious and comfortable, with everything you might need. The Santa Claus Village, while obviously touristy, is a nice place to spend an hour or so (you can walk "on" the arctic cirle and write postcards that will be send at Christmas). It's also the closest hotel to the airport.

kitchen is basic and small so if you plan to cook your own meals this is not good enough. In the summer the cottage is hot so I would add a fan/ventilator to help the guests coping with the heat. windows should all have a mosquito net for the Summer season.

breakfast buffet was included in the price. we had a lovely cottage with enough space. nice private sauna and nice,big bathroom. the position was good and the cottage was quiet.

Please look into replacing the mattresses for the pull out sofas. My daughter could feel the springs pressing into her back all night. We covered it with a layer of a comforter, but it did not help much. We considered swapping it with the couch mattress from our connecting room, but that mattress had the same problem. Need some betters fans for the warms days in the summer. Of the two we borrowed from reception, only one of them actually blew in the air, the other one was loud and acted like it was blowing, but no air actually was moved. Or better yet - ceiling fans to cover the room more efficiently.

Strong wifi, hair dryer and a straightener in the room (how nice! First time I’ve seen that), plenty of space with connecting rooms for us 5.

The breakfast was to little choice and not nice. Soggy eggs and bacon too overcooked. No normal bread just croissants and filled rolls. That was too bad. Fresh melon was nice, was the only thing I ate. We left still hungry😅

Nothing really but I wish they have a laundry service, black out curtains and ironing facilities in the room.

There are three playgrounds (2 outdoors and 1 indoor) that our 4 year old daughter got to enjoy, the room is spacious and has everything we need, there are several restaurants and shops onsite, lots of activities and it’s also close to the city center.
