The artic room was cozy n lovely and the in room sauna was a lovely experience. We took the half board and thought it was a great decision The food was fabulous....everything was cooked to perfection...Our first ever view of the Aurora was standing right outside the reception area.

The cabins were a little difficult to keep at a stable temperature.

Beautiful location - set directly in the woods. A special treat when you are looking for a calm and relaxing holiday. We saw the aurora on 50% of the nights. The food is amazing - the buffet is of great quality and very delicious. We stayed at an Aurora cabin and loved the quality of the resort. We definitely want to come back!

The igloo had very limited storage, so once your outerwear was hanging up, it took over a large proportion of the storage identified.

The Breakfast and dinner spread were outstanding! The hall where the food is laid is very nice with lots of sofas around the fireplace, books, games etc. The Aurora cabins are fantastic! Private Sauna and bathroom were lovely. The space was large, beds were comfortable , heating was good and there was a thermostat. Excellent coffee!

we booked the igloo stay which came with a private sauna. The room also had wine and chocolate awaiting for us. We reached early and they were happy to accommodate us with an early check in. We dined in their dining hall and loved the food. Staff ensured our drinks were made just the way we like it. We also booked a cross country ski and the they were very patient with us cause we knew nothing about it and kept fall. We also booked a northern lights tour and though we din't spot the northern light on that day our guide ensured we were entertained through out.

The badroom was really stinki. we had a bad smell and jnfortunatly the 2 nights in the Igloos were not so nice. 😩 more for the Price that we paid.

It is in a serene location. The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff is very warm and polite. The food spread for all meals was excellent and tasted good. They have board games as well at the reception which is a good activity after meals.

Despite the room being very large, there was no microwave and limited wardrobe size which are things that there was plenty of room to provide. These amenities weren't advertised for our room-type, but given how spacious the room was it was surprising they haven't added a few extras like a microwave/kitchenette which would make the more basic rooms perfect.

The property is in a great, wilderness location. Perfect spring-board for nature-focused walks and tours, you really feel like you're in a winter wonder-land. The room was huge, albeit lacked some amenities. We saw wild Reindeer multiple times in and around the property which was quite magical. The staff were very friendly, the food was great, and there was adequate parking.

Can’t recall a moment when I was not impressed

It was the best decision to stay at this property far away in the wilderness. We opted for half board (food was delicious) and all activities offered by the resort and it made our stay super convenient and memorable. Highly recommend this property and their activities.

A beautiful location. The view of the forest from the huge window in the log cabin was stunning. The woodfire made our stay there particularly cosy, atmospheric and comfortable. Since there is very little to do there in the evenings, no tv and it is quite far from town, it would be nice if the log cabins came with some boardgames. There are some basic games available at reception but the selection could be improved. The shower is nice and hot and the sauna in the log cabins is a nice touch. The staff onsite are very friendly and there is a good selection of good quality food available daily at the buffet breakfast and dinner. Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a stunning location.

The property was located not too far from the airport, easily accessible by bus which made our journey a little easier. Our room was simple and comfortable. The sauna was a nice addition.

No wifi in individual cabins but we had wifi in the main building and there was no staff to help get our luggage to the cabin in the snow.

The Aurora Cabin was wonderful. Staff gave us a private sauna as well which was great with the price. The tour guides went out of their way to help us. The food was amazing too. It was a lovely experience!

The Aurora Cabins were very nice. It was cosy warm when we arrived and the windows allow stunning views into the night sky. The people were amazingly nice and helpful with anything .
