-The bathroom is really small. -Poor soundproofing, you can hear everything happening in the rooms next to you and the corridor. -the reception and breakfast are far from the log houses. -not the best cleaning -price is a bit high for the value

We didn't meet anyone from staff, keys were left at an office not far away. It took a little bit to look for our place because there were no clear signs on the different buildings.

The room was very nice, with all wooden walls and typical accessories. It was really nice having sauna, although there is only one and access for single rooms are at specific times. Breakfast was good and various.

Check in and breakfast we’re about 5 minutes walk away. Not a huge deal but more difficult with multiple bags in the snow.

Comfortable room, good location and easy walk into town. Shuttle and public transport were easy walking distance. Nice sauna with both shared times and private time slots for each room!

sound-proofing is not good. I can hear the voice from the next room very clean.

Located few mins walking distance from the shopping center to the house. I got everything I need in the house. Have a private sauna period for each room. Even I check-in late and not during the weekend, staff has already given me a clear instructions to check-in.

Lovely room in log cabin hotel, on a quiet street and a short walk from the shop (and reception), pubs and some great restaurants. A private slot for the sauna had already been booked for us.

The private time at the sauna is only 30 mins and is predetermined, so if you're staying for one night and don't check in early then you won't be able to enjoy it. Would be helpful to allow you to book your sauna slot in advance to fit your schedule/plans.

The room is a good size and the decor is cozy with log house exterior and interior. The property is in the centre of Saariselka and walking distance to all the main pubs and restaurants. You could walk a bit further to get to the ski resort but a bus is also available.

Shower is a little too small and the floor gets very wet. Knife, spoon and plate would be very useful. Fridge is good, but without cutlery it is difficult to prepare a sandwich.

Reception is not so easy to find.

The log house is beautiful as well as the room and sauna! Comfortable rooms and very nice sauna that is privatized for 30 minutes for each room. Generous breakfast.

breakfast wasn’t good, and from the main review had to walk in snow for good 7-10 mins and couldn’t find the property first had to come back ask someone else and they came and show us, I think it should be someone from the reception to come and show the property.

The breakfast could have been excellent if it's changing from time to time and not the same everyday.

The location of the accommodation is very good, it 's surrounded by almost everything starting from shopping center, activities to register and bus stop with schedule. The break fast was a bit the same everyday but it was cool. Everyone is respectful, helpful and tries to help and give support.

The place where we had to pick up the keys was far from the hotel and really difficult to find. When we finally found the place, the man who gave us the keys didn't speak foreign languages. Fortunately a young boy translated for us.

We liked the wooden house, our wooden room and the sauna.

First room was not cleaned, and the second was missing towels. You can hear conversation next door, if you have an extra door between the rooms (at least rooms 52 and 54 have it). Pairless number rooms face the alley, paired ones face the forest.

Ambience, beautiful room. Staff was friendly. Private half an hour sauna turn per day is good. Breakfast in Santa hotel was very good.
