Very nice and helpful staff. Good restaurant offering local specialties. Located at the river and opposite of S-Market. I stayed only 1 night but was very satirsfied. Hotel offers airport transfers.

This hotel is exceptionally clean and well-designed. Breakfasts were very good as well. We also ate lunch and dinner at the restaurant and had exceptional meals. I especially liked their sweet potato soup. The two ladies who staffed the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the toilet and the lady on duty immediately fixed it herself. The other lady helped us with our taxi and questions about getting to Inari, the next town with the Sami museum, and advised us about the nightclub. This was a wonderful way to end our excellent trip to Finland!

The bulk of satisfaction came from the fact that apartment is renovated. It would be great to have bath robes (not only a towel) given that there is sauna, and a kitchen towel. In general, this kind of little things were missing so it felt like maintenance of the apartment is overlooked. But as long as it is clean and in near mint condition, it is not a big problem.

The only thing that we would say is that it might make sense to have some very bare essentials like salt, pepper, and oil present in the kitchen for guests.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a private sauna and absolutely could not have been happier. The sauna was easy to work, the hotel was in the center of Ivalo and very close to everything (this matters when it is -25...), and the staff were great. What's not to love? We will certainly return.

We got in after hours and flew out early in the morning. Raija made sure we had access to our room and even had a to go breakfast for us because we left before the restaurant opened!........... Almost like staying with family!

Only 2 thing: 1. no curtains on bedroom glass door facing the living room, hence zero privacy. 2. 2 big toilets rooms, BUT Only one shower...

We booked the 2 bedroom apartment with no breakfast. Very spacious, fully equipped, sauna, fireplace and more. Supermarket and restaurants walking distance, even in the snow.

The best hotel in Ivalo！ You can also book the winter activities in the reception. The tutor of the snow mobile here is fantastic！ （Ms.Mathilde is the best） By the way，the restaurant of the hotel is good，I will recommend creamy salmon soup to you.

Room - comfy, plenty of storage , amazing shower, warm comfy beds with snuggly blankets, plenty of outlets for charging electronics. Restaurant- dinner prepared to fine dining standards, flavorful generous portions. Breakfast Buffet - everything you would expect and more. Popular breakfast favorites plus many local specialties, meats, breads, veggies, eggs, breakfast beverages, yogurt & fresh fruit, etc. Did not expect to have food this good in such a beautiful backcountry setting!Nothing to report

Probably the best thing of the hotel was the staff, but also the location and the tours that they provide. The two guides were amazing and very polite. The food of the restaurant is great, we tried the sautéed reindeer, the salmon soup and the reindeer burger, every 10/10. Thank you so much for everything.

Fantastic location and facilities. Staff were incredible and very helpful and considerate when it came to last minute tour bookings and general assistance. Room was large with a private sauna. Loved it! Would definitely recommend the Sami Museum tour - our guide Sonja was fantastic!
