the indoor pool and the sauna are amazing, especially after a long ski day. Also, the common living room area is a cozy place to read a book or play board games. We had a little issue in our room, and the staff came within 15 minutes and solved the problem, even bringing chocolate for the inconvenience.

The sauna for women didn't work properly

The location was really nice, but I have to put a lot of effort into getting breakfast in the morning since it is far away about 4km away from the hotel, but overall, the hotel was quite amazing!

Service for cleaning during night is loud- we woke up each night about 1-2 p clock in the night- there was loud talk on corridor and it were not quest of the place but some service- generally the only negative thing on this location- everything else was just fantastic

MINOR niggles: the TV was hopeless. (poor signal and no apps) The steps to the lake were broken - and other routes into it were a bit slippery.

We got a free upgrade! The chalet was fantastic, indoor and outdoor sauna, lake, furnishings were beautiful. it was Spectacular. Lovely walks. Out of season so not all facilities were open - but there were enough.

Maybe kitchen and sauna could be cleaned more often. Travellers should pay attention to the kitchen and specially clean the fridge, microwave and the oven after using them.

Atmoshperic and magical location, and the resort premise itself feels really peaceful. Spacious living room, cozy bedrooms. Great sauna after which is an inviting to roll in the snow :).

If you don't have a car your lost hier. Not clean behind the heating someone else's dirty underpants. Sauna and swimmingpool not open for 4 hours but only 2 hours in the evening.

We didn’t like: • the pool’s water was too cold • should add an ice bath but a warm swimming pool • didn’t find the light for the woman’s spa • should inform about the location of the breakfast before customers do the reservation • the rooms should be better controlled in terms of cleanliness as we found random underwear under a bed • living room and corridor not equipped with adequate heaters, it was cold
