breakfast is short of options, housekeeping didn’t take care of the room properly, my room was very small and with no view. For the price I paid and 4 star hotel I kinda expected at least a nice breakfast and view but I guess you pay for the location and for the intagrammable hotel.

cozy decor, nice staff, great location (10 min walking from Sagrada Família), they kept our bags after the checkout as they didn’t have late checkout option.

Something isn’t working with the breakfast reservation feature between this site and the hotel. Whether I pay for the breakfast or not, there isn’t a clear record for them to know what to charge. Kind of a hassle and awkward to discuss.

I’ve stayed here a few times and really enjoy the metro links, beautiful neighborhood, quiet vibe, and helpful front desk! Claudia and Oscar took special time with my daughter and me for small requests and worked to open a room by 1:30pm when we had come off an international flight.

Nothing wrong with the rooms - they were clean and nice, but a bit typical. Not a lot of space to sit and work, but who cares - you should be out seeing Barcelona! The shower was a bit annoying because the floor causes the water to run toward the door at least as much as toward the drain. The terrace / balcony was small - tiny really - but that is true for many of the buildings in that area, not just this hotel.

The location in Barcelona is excellent - can walk to Sagrada Familia, Casa Mira, and many cafes and restaurants. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff are incredible - very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They really are what makes Hotel Well and Come great. We were sad that we didn't get to say goodbye to Claudia and a few others who were off on the day we left.

The decor is rooms are basic and minimal but that is fine.

Lovely hotel, great staff. Rooms are modern, clean, comfortable. The staff are very kind and helpful and make you feel very welcome. Everything works in the room. They are clean and comfortable. The hotel is well located and the area is quite safe to walk around at night.

Our stay in the boutique hotel was very welcoming! Friendly, helpful and professional staff from check in, during our stay and check out. Especially to mention Marina and her assistants at the reception to Christian and Super Mario for their helpful service at the rooftop terrace, swimming pool and bar. These lovely people made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you so much for your hospitality! When we return to Barcelona we definitely would love to stay at Hotel Well and Come again 🤩

Everything was great. The room was comfortable, though the sink in the room was a little bit surprising :) but we got used to it at once. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very nice. The location was great too. Overall we were happy with our stay would definitely recommend it.

Great advice from staff on reception to help us navigate around the city, including which tube lines to get and bus numbers. Really helped on our visit to montjuic to watch Barcelona fc at the Olympic stadium. 10 mins walk to sagrada familia. Rooms really clean and an excellent breakfast.

Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was closed, despite other information. Would have been nice to get a drink or coffee up there.
