Bathroom was too dark and one can hear even little sound in bedroom since there is no door, just a curtain. Actually the whole room is dark and the elevator needs a flashlight inside to find the right button. Hotel is ok but overpriced. Not worth the amount they charge.

in the evening the towels were not replaced automatically. you had to arrange that yourself. the staff was sometimes busy with themselves rather than with the guests

Incessant loud dance music playing all day everywhere in the public areas. It's inescapable and obnoxious to the point we had to leave the pool and bar areas at times to get away from the drone of drum and bass. No need for this,not everyone likes this type of music. It was clear many residents were not happy with this constant racket and highly advise you look at this. Unlikely to come back for this one reason which is a shame.

Our bathroom was not very clean when we arrived, the bath tub still had hair in it and the sink had hair as well.

Overall the views were great and the breakfast was very good as well. Staff were knowledgeable on what things we could go see etc and what foods were good to eat.

Overall the staff were incredible but the staff behind the pool bar and main bar were quite rude.

Wasnt clean, neither the rooms nor the glasses in poolbars They closed the pool at 17:00 sunday to get ready for a party. Doesnt make sense in the middle of summer

I got a handicapped room I think, toilet was inside the shower and everything got wet every time we use the shower. That was very inconvenient. We were a bit dissatisfied with the room they gave us.

Right at the beach, with the excellent views to the sea. We had fun in the spa/pool and enjoyed the hospitality. Excellent breakfast and staff.

We were the two nights and no one came to make up our room on Sunday while we were out all day. housekeeping did finally knock on the door around 7p while we were getting ready to go to dinner on Sunday . no one ever made up the bed or emptied the trash. for the $ that should have been done . the chairs at the beach could have been more comfortable! pool and pool service was great. especially Melanie and Olivier!

The room initially was not as clean as I had hoped but the staff rectified this and made up for it and also compensated me through complementary drinks

The breakfast was immaculate and every single staff member gave 10/10 customer service through my stay. I felt safe as a solo traveller and very well looked after. I went for my birthday and many staff members went out of their way to make it a special one I will certainly be returning

The elevator and hallway is dark red and not very bright, could use a refresh.

The staff at the W Barcelona is what makes this hotel great, super friendly and accommodating in every way! Special thanks to the pool team Melanie, Charlie and Daniela and Jordan in the lounge! Great view from the 21st floor very comfortable bed.

There were a couple of things in the room that could have been better. The USB points were all broken apart from one and the shower door was very difficult to close and that meant sometimes the floor of the room got wet. But really the good massively outweighed the bad!

The room and view were amazing. Great choices of breakfast. Staff were friendly and polite and could not do enough for you. The pools were both amazing one more chilled than the other so you can choose according to your mood. Spa and gym facilities were great. Breakfast at Salt by the sea is a must.

ıt was Really hard to arrange transfer via hotel. ı send my request, they asked more details.. ı couldnt get any answer for a while.. in the morning they told me that they are not able to arrange transfer.. if you are not able to arrange transfer why you are asking how many bag I have.. because in my first email ı send flight Ticket that they can see all details (time, date, etc)

On arrival the room wasn't ready, and we had to wait 1 hour to be accommodated. The reception staff offered us a complementary free drink in the bar.

Overall, I had a great experience with the W Barcelona; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, with nice view and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.
