We had an apartment with a sea view and it was amazing. The staff were lovely, the food was great and our toddler had the best time.

Rooms were clean but the smell from the bathroom (sewer?) was always there - one of the two rooms was worse than the other. I think this is an overall problem in EU. Also, we knew this was a family friendly facility...but there were so many kids. This place is far from the airport (over an hour) by taxi. The town itself is small and not many good dining options available other than the ones within the resort. We ended up renting a car which allowed us to go around the island.

Couldn't fault anything

A truly fantastic resort, even on cold and rainy days! Really welcoming staff, exceptional food, amazing kids club (my daughter fell in love with the entertainment team) and heated pool that came in very handy in April. The beach is truly stunning, and there are a few other gorgeous beaches a short drive away. We had the best time!

We had such an amazing time, people are very welcoming. We checked in late and they gave us complementary dinner. It was beyond expectations.

The restaurants on offer are pretty average, and unless you have an all-inclusive package, it's pretty poor value. It's also frustrating that you need to book the restaurants in advance, even when they're half empty.

It's a great hotel resort for families with young kids. There are several pools, with one heated indoor one and one heated outdoor kids' pool. I was a little surprised to find myself really enjoying the evening shows too! The staff is super friendly and there are a lot of kids' clubs to keep little ones busy.

I didn't like that the hot tubs weren't open at night. I also didn't like that the air conditioning wasn't very cold. Seating and umbrellas on beach were not included.

Love the location. Many hiking trails both on and off resort. Loved how convenient food was as well as snacks. There are different level pools also, for young kids, older and adult. Buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner were good; themed dinners rotated which was nice.

Not the fault of the hotel but the design of the kitchen space in the room was oddly designed. For example, if someone is sitting at the table, you can’t open the fridge door or use the kettle easily because the seat is in the way. Also it was a shame that our bedroom window looked out onto a hedge rather than the lovely beach view. Again, not the fault of the hotel, but rather the unfortunate placement of our particular room. An extremely minor fault and didn’t really affect our stay.

Breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice and quite tasty. Staff were very efficient. Table and dining area very clean. In the rooms the bathroom was exceptional. Very good shower and shower space with a lovely double sink. Really appreciated the extra vanity mirror with light too. We had unfortunate weather so we couldn’t make use of the pools and other outside activities as much as we’d like but we would love to come back again as we can tell there would be so much to do to entertain us and the children.

On weekend the hotel hosted a large local group who used hotel facilities for their own program. This led to increased noise level and overall crowdiness.

Breakfast and dinner was exceptional, plenty of choices and good quality. Hotel manages well to accomodate families with kids along with couples. Staff was very friendly and fast in reaction times. Location is exceptional so that you can walk to the sea every morning, spend time at one of the many pools, go hiking or take day trips with your rental car : )

Seriously the whole place exceeded my expectations. I will be back!

I normally don't book all-inclusive resorts but this was excellent. The buffet was the best resort buffet I've experienced. We went three times in the same day 🤣. Our group likes to eat lots of vegetables and this is the best salad bar we've found in Spain. They also had plenty of gluten-free and high protein options if that's in your crew. I really loved the layout of our 1-bedroom apartment because it allowed a group to have time together and enough space to work apart. Wifi was wicked fast (especially in the off hours).

It was well inside the main road. Half the restaurants either were not open or were fully booked. We were not informed about the pre booking system. They also closed early. We could not have a decent dinner.

The place has its own private beach. The breakfast was really good. The sauna was clean. There was open air temperature controlled swimming pool. View was really great. We really enjoyed the property.

tip: keep balcony doors closed or the air conditioning won’t run. the air conditioning does not keep the place super cool but it was still very comfortable. would definitely stay again. overall a magical stay.

Beautiful location and first class resort with good restaurants, swimming pools and easy walk to the beach which was stunning. kids club was amazing and the kids club staff were so good with our children aged 6 and 4.
