We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hotel is littered with knick knacks which make the place look cheap, which is a real shame because the space itself is amazing. The place would feel a lot better if someone took a large garbage bag and just threw away all the useless kitsch.
Room was nice, and bed was good. It is a pleasant, but unremarkable hotel.

ItalyWhen you are sleeping with someone else, it is very uncomfortable that the light from the bathroom passes through a window to the rest of the room. Also, there is no privacy when you go to the bathroom. Another thing is the lack of family rooms for 4 people. At breakfast, hot beverages are self made with a machine, so not very good quality.
Good location, very nice boutique hotel look. The rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable.

SwitzerlandIt was a bit noisy at times in front of the hotel during the night and there was an issue with the pipes so when my neighbors showered it woke me up. Couldn’t use the gym due to maintenance work and it only opened at 10h which is not convenient.

Beautiful designed hotel with comfortable rooms. The location is a bit off the beaten track but close enough to get around easily. Very close to shops, the cathedral and restaurants. Valet parking!
