Hotel still has some issues to figure out. We didn't have access to the main WiFi from our room on the 15th floor, the AC did not work and we had several power outages in our room, having no power in the whole hotel room over several hours during nighttime. Would also recommend some additional (classic) amenities for a hotel room, like a Nespresso coffee maker, which is very standard these days for hotels of this level.

Very nice, new hotel with friendly staff and an exquisite tapas bar on the roof. Our room was spacious, very clean, inviting and we especially enjoyed the terrace. Lovely bathrooms as well. Perfect location for visitors of music festivals happening in Parc del Forum, as it only takes you 5 minutes to get there from the hotel.

We knew that the location is off central. however we were warned to be careful if returned later at night. there is a very unpleasant smell from the factory (some cleaning/filter on the seaside).

The building and all rooms are brand new, stylish, comfortable. the view is amazing. The breakfast exceed our expectations. The staff is really helpful and go beyond to meet your needs. very convenient parking.

The property was so close to so many things and it was easy to find a taxi around that block. The staff were nice and we were able to get clean towels and things we needed on the day we missed on the cleaning.

Everybody was friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is not located in strict city center, closeness to the subway makes it irrelevant. There is a nice Skybar with a wiev, swimming pool as well. Tembo is not as expensive as hoteles in close proximity to La Rambla and still is much more comfortable and clean. Definitely worth staying there!

I had a small wound in the restaurant when I cut the bread and they didn’t have Band-aid , I had to go down to the reception there they offered me a bandage but they didn’t have band-aid either! Basic even for the staff who work there!

Design and amenities! The terrace was great! Despite being 20 minutes from the main places of interest in Barcelona, it is well connected and it was easy to go to all the places from the hotel, I would stay again without a doubt!

Probably, the think that there is no room for the toilet, but just a glass opaque which could create embarrassment in case you need to use it and there is your partner in the room. When you shower the water crawl inside the toilet glass

every place has a couple of shortcomings, but mistakes are there to move us further. I believe that the hotel will soon receive 5 stars.

it was amazing. everyone who hesitates and can't decide, my advice is - don't hesitate and take it. a wonderful, new, luxurious and charming hotel with great staff who will take care of unforgettable experiences. from the great breakfast to the beautiful room to the perfect bar with pool on the top floor, it was a fascinating experience for us. everything was clean, regularly cleaned and towels changed, really pure luxury. If you think that it is far from the center, I will disabuse you, because from the top bar and from the room you had a beautiful view and Barcelona in the palm of your hand, which you cannot experience from the city. Metro or transport was just a short distance from the hotel and absolutely easy for us. Right next to it was a mini shop with various goods. we were very sad when we had go home. next time we'll come back. Barcelona is very beautiful in itself, but don't forget when booking that it also depends a lot on the place where you are staying. Thank you for the memories that remain in our hearts. It felt a little too quiet in the lobby at times.

4 minute walk to the closest metro, which was a few stops from the city. Friendly multi lingual staff. Lovely pool, although closed quite early at 8pm. Great rooftop bar and sitting area. Comfortable bed. Good smart Tv if you need it.

Only minor suggestions/thoughts/recommendations: I wish I would have known that two beds meant two twin beds. Hopefully there's a way to be clearer about that. The beds were too close together and two small for the two of us. Fortunately, we had a pull-out couch, so it worked out. I'd suggest a better trash can in kitchen. Filled up way to fast and hard to keep closed. Would be nice to have irons and ironing boards in room but room service delivered promptly. Signs told us there was on-site laundry, but then found out from front desk that it wasn't up and running yet, so maybe tell people up front. Some plastic cups in room would be a nice addition.

Location and price were good, food was good, nice to have the rooftop bar and grill as well as the infinity pool; employees super nice/friendly, food was good, nice gym, close distance to metro, newness of hotel and modern feel; nice to have kitchens stocked with a few pans, glasses, etc. Comfortable seating in lobby areas, a really nice treat of frozen fruit delivered to my room unexpectedly after a very long day of travel - so nice and started out my stay on a very positive note, thank you.
