No water kettle in the suite, room service could be better(not replacing soap). No dishwasher tablets. There is no coffee machine in the room, somet days the only way to get a coffee is at the rooftop bar

Pool is very very small and way too full. No matter at what time we got there it was really really packed with people. Also it’s a long trip to the city

The fact that it was completely new indicated that the were some flaws and had teething problems. On the roof terrace the floor tiles were loose, our bedroom doors wouldn’t close properly and the wet-room shower caused floods into the hall. The food menu in the restaurant was pretty limited and could have been more extensive. The area was a bit rough, and we were approached a few times by some thieves and street beggars, but nothing like London!

The property was modern and clean. It was especially convenient for Parc des Fòrum and primervera sound. Parking facilities were good and staff were generally helpful.

There was no kettle or coffee machine in the kitchen of the room. I was invited to go buy a coffee in the hotel cafe on the first floor… which was closed the afternoons on weekends.

Beautiful space, very convenient to attend Primavera Sound music festival.

The aircon was not optimal, the room was hot during the night. The breakfast was medium.

There is no room service but the bars are easily accessible. The pool is very small the pictures are a little deceiving but many guest still utilized the pool.

The property was very clean! The staff were very friendly and helped us with everything. This really made our anniversary trip to Barcelona special!

Hotel still has some issues to figure out. We didn't have access to the main WiFi from our room on the 15th floor, the AC did not work and we had several power outages in our room, having no power in the whole hotel room over several hours during nighttime. Would also recommend some additional (classic) amenities for a hotel room, like a Nespresso coffee maker, which is very standard these days for hotels of this level.

Very nice, new hotel with friendly staff and an exquisite tapas bar on the roof. Our room was spacious, very clean, inviting and we especially enjoyed the terrace. Lovely bathrooms as well. Perfect location for visitors of music festivals happening in Parc del Forum, as it only takes you 5 minutes to get there from the hotel.

We knew that the location is off central. however we were warned to be careful if returned later at night. there is a very unpleasant smell from the factory (some cleaning/filter on the seaside).

The building and all rooms are brand new, stylish, comfortable. the view is amazing. The breakfast exceed our expectations. The staff is really helpful and go beyond to meet your needs. very convenient parking.

I wish the TV had worked 😕, we couldn’t watch anything the whole time.

The property was so close to so many things and it was easy to find a taxi around that block. The staff were nice and we were able to get clean towels and things we needed on the day we missed on the cleaning.

Everybody was friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is not located in strict city center, closeness to the subway makes it irrelevant. There is a nice Skybar with a wiev, swimming pool as well. Tembo is not as expensive as hoteles in close proximity to La Rambla and still is much more comfortable and clean. Definitely worth staying there!

I had a small wound in the restaurant when I cut the bread and they didn’t have Band-aid , I had to go down to the reception there they offered me a bandage but they didn’t have band-aid either! Basic even for the staff who work there!

Design and amenities! The terrace was great! Despite being 20 minutes from the main places of interest in Barcelona, it is well connected and it was easy to go to all the places from the hotel, I would stay again without a doubt!
