Beautiful, spacious apartment with a convenient location

just a little warm in the master bedroom and adjusting the temp control didn't seem to help

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of five. It was very spacious and tastefully decorated. The living area and bedrooms were very comfortable. It is in a perfect location, convenient to great cafes and restaurants, bars, bus and metro lines. It is a very quiet and peaceful oasis in a busy part of the city. The only sound you hear is the wild parrots in the courtyard. The host was prompt and courteous and the apartment was immaculately clean when we got there. Highly recommend for a family/group visit to Barcelona.

The answering service was rude, a lady named Sylvia was super rude. There were two additional charges upon arrival, one for 24 euro and a credit card hold of 250 euro, to be returned in 15 days (so they said).

wear and tear in some places and few things that were not satisfactory which we raised with the company. Overall a great place.

There was no cover on the ironing board, there were some areas which were a bit dusty, there was no tea towel and many places I stay provide tea and coffee. There wasn’t any information about the apartment or locale, eg a handbook

we arrived after at 1:30 am so the girl charge us extra 75 € for “late check in” only because we had a flight delayed. they didn’t want to give us a late check out and also didn’t want to help us with our luggage- “ look on Google for luggage storage” 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️. also there is a 100€ deposit and only after 2 weeks the deposit get returned on the card - you have now idea if there is any problem with the apartment until the deposit return🤦🏽🤦🏽

the apartment is amazing, nice style and very big (almost too big for a couple). nice coffee shop under the apartment. the apartment is a bit dark.

a stunning, spacious property with a massive living room that has huge and comfortable sofas and a nice view from the balcony. Master bedroom was top notch! Area around the property has plenty of cafes and restaurants . Public transport a short walk from the property. Would definitely come back

Communication with the staff was not good! When we arrived at the airport we called the number provided but there was no answer, also on whatsapp there was no reply. We ended up waiting on the street in front of the house for nearly half an hour until someone arrived despite informing regarding our arrival time. The person who gave us the keys and showed us the apartment had no knowledge regarding public transportation, actually gave us wrong info. He also neglected to inform us that there is daily housekeeping service from Monday to Friday and at what time. And we discovered this on Monday when we came back to the apartment in the evening and realized that someone organized our belongings (this was not a good feeling at all!!) We reported one of the key sets to be wrong but it was never replaced. Despite all the light fixtures the apartment is quite dark. Sleeping pillows were terrible and despite asking the staff, were not replaced. It is useless having pans in the kitchen that do not work with induction cooktop... As you can read, simple things that could be taken care of.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. There is house cleaning and towel replacement service every morning. The location is not far from the shopping street, and the living functions are very good.

I stayed at SuiteaBcn II for 3 nights with 2 friends of mine. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was also excellent - there were many cafes, restaurants and a supermarket nearby and we could easily walk to several major tourist attractions. The host was quick and responsive when we approached him with queries during our stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment to family and friends.

The property is set in an amazing location, firstly easy check in communication. Also love the fact we had daily clean, although we kept the apartment tidy - the bathroom , etc being cleaned daily was great. The apartment it says is amazing and very instagramable - Its worth the stay for your holiday and all the cool pictures you want to take. Great little balcony to enjoy the area - which me and my parents enjoyed in the evenings. Some small cafe, in the same road and also a supermarket around 3mins walk from the apartment , very useful.

Excellent location! Lots of great shops, bars and amenities very close by, with all the attractions within a nice walking distance. Excellent host, really helpful and friendly. The apartment was cleaned each day with fresh towels provided. So much better than the photos - would 100% recommend!

The apartment was located in a vibrant neighborhood but away from the extreme tourism closer to La Rambla. The actual accommodation was beautiful and fully equipped. The Living room and Master bedroom are next level. I can strongly recommend this apartment if you want a more authentic experience of Barcelona and still stay in a beautiful apartment.
