The apartment is in desperate need of a deep clean, the walls, bed frames and some of the furniture were visibly dirty. There was barely any hot water and the drain in the shower was clogged to the point where water wouldn’t drain one day. We were told someone would come around to have a look but no-one came (without informing us not to wait for help) so we had to go buy a plunger to fix it ourselves. Lastly, we were told one week before arrival that the parking lot is full (and apparently was already fully booked for our dates when the apartment was booked), when we indicated that we would need it at the time of booking, which was weeks prior. Luckily, after specifically asking to recommend an other nearby parking garage, we found one a few hundred meters away.

Barcelona was the last leg of our Europe road trip so it was nice to be in a fully equipped apartment where we could lay back if needed. The location is superb, the Sagrada Familia is truly 5 minutes away, many shops, restaurants and cafes are nearby and if you don’t mind a little bit of walking, the gothic quarter is about 40 ish minutes away. We arrived a bit late at night but the info we got on how to get into the apartment was really clear and straightforward and we were also allowed to properly check in the next day.

The stairs are a bit narrow and only 2 people can be accommodated on the lift each time.

The apartment is situated near La Sagrada de Familia. There's a convenient store beside it and souvenir shops nearby. You can see the view of the Sagrada from the window.

The apartment needs a deep clean, also the bed linens/towels, the drain of the shower being blocked by a cotton as well. I didn’t expect the boiler is not working so I didn’t check it when I checked in, there was no hot water to shower when we back to the apartment in the first night, it was a nightmare that we were so tired but couldn’t shower especially with two kids. I messaged the office, they replied me but they can only send people to check the next day; the boiler was working the next day after repairing by a mechanic but still tricky to use

The location is very good, 24/7 shop just beside it, many restaurants around, big supermarket few minutes away. Well equipped, large fridge with many tableware and kitchenware, no problem to cook in the apartment. Two bedrooms is big enough for a family of 4

There were a number of times other tourists arrived and were confused with the locked boxes, their's was stuck. My daughter and I ended up helping them. One person went to the wrong floor for his apartment. I met him standing outside the office door, waiting to talk to someone. The floor numbers are the same on every floor which can be confusing. I told him to try the next floor. Then there was a water spillage on the ground floor out of office hours. I ended up struggling to clean it up for fear someone would slip. An older couple had warned me about it when I entered the ground floor.

The staff when they were there were friendly and helpful. Apartment was comfortable, clean and inviting. There were some kitchen & bathroom supplies that were welcome when you are travelling.

The bathroom was exceptionally small. Also in the building there was a smell of canalizatiion. Also the elevator was small and when you have suitcases it can be a problem.

At the apartment everything was perfect. I liked the bed, it was comfortable. The staff was exceptional.

The bathroom is in huge need of repair and the shower was very difficult to adjust for water pressure and temperature. A few more things like tissues, paper towel and a tea towel for their kitchen would have been great.

Location to Sagrada Familia and restaurants was excellent. The staff were very nice and helpful at all times. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have the extra room an apartment gives. As it's an old building, some things like noise and awkward stairs can be forgiven in it's charm.

The property was well organized for 4 people but they didn’t have bedsheets for the fourth person sleeping in the sofa, so we tried to manage it with what we had from the other beds. The location is perfectly close to La Sagrada. Albert also was so helpful and let us store the luggages up to 7 PM.

Needs a bit of TLC. Broken desk . Shower took a long time for hot water to come through. Skirting and walls need painting. Every time you plugged iron in..it shorted out. Broken safe.

There was a sewage smell in the washroom that radiated throughout the apartment. There were air fresheners placed throughout the apartment which attempted to combat the smell but it just became overwhelming with the competing smells. I also felt like the apartment could have used a deep clean, there was lots of dust and dog hair in places (we did not bring a dog). Overall though, the bedsheets and general areas were clean.

Great location, right next to the Sagrada Familia. Lot's of restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Our host was very responsive and arranged parking for us in a convenient nearby location.

Very welcoming check in. Clean apartment with great location (sagrada familia only 5' walk). Sleeps up to six. Balcony that connects both bedrooms. Coffee machine was nice to have , especially as our flight was too early in the morning. We only stayed for a night, but I would easily stay for more.
