We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hairdryer kept shutting off after a 20 second blast, and the kitchen was poorly equipped. We had to buy our own dish soap and sponges to wash up. This being said neither of these points had a real detrimental affect to our holiday, and I'd thoroughly recommend.
The location is excellent, it's central, but just on the outskirts so it's quiet. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is exceptionally clean.

United KingdomI felt the room had a mouldy smell. Kitchen was not well equipped at all, so we never cooked a meal as expected. Flimsy beds, especially having a twin changed to double set up. There's a restaurant onsite but no take away allowed.
Staff extremely pleasant and helpful, by far the best what the accommodation had to offer. I requested online a good balcony and we were given a very sunny terrace facing the pool. Location is very good, walking distance to beaches and restaurantes. Nice pool area.

Apartments in a good location, pool is big but crowded. Family apartment had a narrow steep steps to upper bedroom and bathroom, dangerous for old and young. Apartments were very clean and staff were friendly.
