We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Everything was exceptional. Alessio the day manager a well educated multilingual friendly man ensured our every need was met beyond expectations. Alessio provided excellent suggestions for food and entertainment. A very well managed property.

NetherlandsUnfortunately it was not clear to us that the pool on the roof would still be closed. It was 26 degrees and we really wanted to cool off. This was not possible.
Good hotel at a great location. The bus to the airport stops right around the corner. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is not enormous but decent. The staff is very friendly and the facilities are clean. One recommendation: there is a very strong perfume smell in the entire house. It made me and my friend really nauseous. Less is more.

The location was good. Metro, busstops very close by to reach all areas in Barcelona. The hotel was very nice with very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was good, lot of choices, healthy and less heathy :-)

IndiaThe hotel is centrally located and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The staff is friendly and we got a room upgrade as well which we are grateful. The person at the reception was kind and knew attraction points well. Since Barcelona was our first stop on our Honeymoon, it was perfect. There is a 24 hour supermarket right next to the hotel, subway is 2 mins walk and Indian restaurant closeby.

The staff at the reception is extraordinarily helpful and super friendly. I had some documents to be printed out and I asked for a copy of my passport and they were more than happy to help. Giving great advice for the city and providing perfect service at the front desk, they made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and very clean and as well the breakfast is fresh and of good quality.

Good location. Close to shopping area, metro station and old town. Spacious and clean room. Breakfast area was clean and breakfast had a good variety of items. All foods were fresh and tasty. Reception staff were polite and helped us whenever needed.
