Some extremely noisy and inconsiderate guests/residents were above us, running, screaming, crying, banging and jumping til late at night, but that is not at the fault of the apartment, just important to note the ceilings must be thin 🥲

Pristine clean. Great spacious layout. Love the floor to ceiling windows. Handy to have both a washing machine and a dryer. Great location to go to nearby shops. We walked to Sagrada Familia which took about 20mins with a stop for dinner halfway.

One thing was the one shower with half a door and the water kept spilling outside. We still managed and it was fine but it’s a bit annoying.

The fact that they have a 24hr front desk next door was key. Someone was always there to help and their responded super quickly every single time. Service was as good as a 5 star hotel. Beds were comfortable & the two bathrooms were nice. Location was great as it was surrounded by luxury brand stores, plenty of restaurants and in front of Casa Batllo.

Loved this apartment , perfect accommodation, beds comfortable, plenty of room for all 4 of us. Lovely balcony looking out onto street side. Staff couldnt be more helpful. Responsive to any questions. Would definitely come back here to stay.

It was a bit strange that we had to throw our garbage out, but no problem.

It was a beautiful apartment, very spacious for our family, and the location was excellent. We parked in the parking garage right in front, which was convenient. The building was very unique, with a cute old elevator.

Very spacious and great for a group of people. The location is amazing and in the best spot for shopping and eating/drinking. Staff were super helpful and held our bags prior to check in and dropped into the room for us. The bottle of cava was a lovely touch when we got in.

The apartment was exceptional in a perfect location for luxury shopping and beautiful buildings. The area and hotel were very clean and safe. It was an excellent location to everything. Only about 10 minutes to Gothic Quarter by cab. I would say it is a must stay especially if you have kids or extended family!

There is nothing we didn't like.

This property was amazing!! The apartment was the perfect size for our entire family of 5 to stay. Everything was super clean and the bathrooms were great! Beds were comfortable and the staff cleaned the apt every 2 days, which was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed and even a washer and dryer, which came in super handy with the hot summer and being able to wash clothes. The big picture window and nook was so relaxing and fun to sit and watch the city. This place is so charming and we loved all the details of this old building made modern. It's on a busy street, but if you pull the indoor sliding door shut on the picture window and the outdoor shutters closed on the bedroom it really kept it quite quiet for sleeping and was the perfect charm of being in Europe. The staff was always amazing and was there to help us book shuttles, or for anything we needed. Plus it had amazing AC, which was needed with the hot summer temps!!! They even have breakfast you can order to your room and it comes in a cute little basket at your door. We were so busy and didn't get a chance to use this service, but others said it was great. Lastly, the location is so darn amazing! when I booked this I had no idea of what was around and it was such a surprise. We had access to all the cool shopping, restaurants and sites all within walking distance. This place is a true gem and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Book it!! It's brilliant!!

some noise neighbors disturbed us a little bit. reception responsible help us, call and visit them, but this is one thing that nobody can control and the only thing is to try to add on our rental contract an option to punish or send out any people who receive several complaints from other guest

location is amazing: center town! rooms are goods, one small but good. Apartment in general is amazing, kitchen and other issues. reception and attention was really good. tv and wifi are both great so we had full attentions.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The apartment was huge! Much bigger than expected and to top it off a balcony. We had no idea how large these apartments were. With a fully fitted kitchen with Smeg appliances and two bathrooms (one ensuite) we couldn't want for more. The living area is very large and tall ceilings throughout. Beds were super comfy also. The location was great right on the main street with all the high end brands if that's what you want. Yes it can be a little noisy with traffic and general hustle and bustle of city life below but we like this. There is also a lift if you prefer not to use the stairs. One street away is the Rambla and bars and restaurants all around you. Handy taxi rank right outside so we used this a lot. It's around 33 Euro for a taxi to the airport. No need to use a private transfer. We will definitely be back!

No complaints. The only minor inconvenience was that we were early for check-in and the front door was locked. I only knew to go next door to Hotel Sixty Two based on other reviews I had read. Not a problem and the only minor inconvenience of our entire stay.

Central and vibrant location within walking distance of almost everything and plenty of restaurant options. The room was spacious, charming, and well equipped with welcome kits, lots of towels, coffee/tea, laundry. It also had a large light-filled bay window, balcony, and opening the windows out onto Passeig de Gràcia was lovely. For extra space, the sofabed was a nice comfortable trundle bed, which was a definite plus. We would recommend and stay here again.
