The room service breakfast menu could have offered more options but it was delicious, affordable and convenient when we didn’t want to go or go out.

Excellent apartment and hotel services. The staff, building, and amenities were all fantastic. Secure building, excellent location. Plenty of nearby attractions, shopping, restaurants and bars all within a short walk.

Nothing I didn’t like.

The best best best location in town. Its safe. And so beautiful. Its not loud yet has tourists. And we could just hang around this area all day. 24 hour supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance. And the architecture here is so beautiful. I could live in this area for life. Its heaven on earth. The property is very neat. Big for such a posh area. Comfortable. Staff excellent. And cleaning is perfect. Kitchen is just too good. Felt safe in this area walking even at night

I thought I booked a room facing the Main Street but was wrong. There was no view from our room which was disappointing.

Exceptionally clean, very comfortable overall. Being, bathrooms, well equipped, beautiful welcome basket, vintage elevator, incredible location…. Everything was perfect

The only thing we didn't like was that some of the furniture was very worn out. And the bedroom with the two twin beds was really, really tiny.

The staff was fantastic! The location was great! Nice to have a washer and dryer.

This apartment didn’t have dryer, but the drying rack at the back balcony work out.

Love the two balconies. We where on the rooftop so you couldn’t hear the noise. Beds were comfortable. And everything was spotless clean.

You could hear all the neighbors in the hall & stairwell at various early morning hours but nothing too extreme.

They were very accommodating and helpful when we first checked in early. We were able to relax in the lounge while our bags were held until checkin. The location was very central easy to get around by foot, cab or metro. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

All was excellent

There was staff present to organise check-in process and store luggage until apartment available. The location was central and it was easy to walk to many of the sights as well as access metro and buses. The apartment was clean and well supplied with necessities and treats were an added bonus. Staff were quick to provide additional supplies when requested. Airport transfer was well organised and on time. Apartment was serviced every 2 days.

Our first apartment had a bad smell in the kitchen / fridge. 805? But 814 was really nice. It would be great if there was salt $ Pepper and a little oil as these things are difficult to buy for a short stay. It would be much more valuable than the chips and popcorn.

Nothing at all. They let us check in early and use their lounge with internet. Stored our luggage! Just have not one negative comment:)

The location was amazing! Across the street from Tiffany’s! Amazing high ceilings, gorgeous furnishings, 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms ( 1 with bath!) , luxurious linens, full kitchen and washer / dryer!! Fantastic value!
