We never met the host. The interaction via email, WhatsApp, and their software was okay-ish, albeit sloppy at times. Their booking software is inflexible and has quirks, and is not really integrated with booking.com. I would rather prefer the interaction goes through booking.com, but you basically have to adopt their portal to get the access code, pay, and register at the location, which is not ideal for me. Especially considering that some things like city taxes and the (relatively big) deposit you have to provide is at the mercy of their portal, I never got a proper invoice for my stay, despite requesting it upfront before the booking and multiple times after we left. I was lucky I was still somehow able to expense it thanks to the generosity of my employer. The Wi-Fi was okay, but didn't really reach everywhere. Annoyingly, it wasn't able to reach the balcony, where we would have liked to hang out with it. The app you have to use to open the door does not give a perception of being secure–as well as the digital door lock. I am pretty convinced it can be hacked – without many technical efforts, one can simply kick the door open with such as faint lock. I would not recommend keeping anything valuable in the apartment. In general, I felt worried I may not have a network connection or exhaust my cellphone battery and wouldn't be able to come back into the flat in the evening. I avoided as much as feasible to come back to the apartment alone, and tried to have a colleague with me which also had the same app installed. The amenities in the kitchen were super tight – counted down to the days of stay. Like, an additional dishwasher tabs and some more coffee capsules would have been nice to have. We resorted to buying lyophilized coffee.

The location is great and for use with multiple guests it is a nice solution, much cheaper than booking expensive hotels for multiple people. The apartment is spacious and, in this sense, it exceeded our expectation. It offered a relatively furnished kitchen. The stay was fun and overall, we enjoyed it – we did not experience any particular problem and the location was perfect for us, walking distance from our office.

In the building were many companies of young people who were too noisy and this makes difficult to sleep during the whole night... This is something that the building administrators MUST to solve it...

The size of the apartment was excactly as it was described via the booking procedure. The location of the Ola Living is not in the city center but not far away from it. The space in living room is more than enough for relaxing!

The only downside of the apartment was when checking in, I was given access to my apartment but as we went to our apartment the cleaners was still cleaning our apartment. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm but the cleaners only left around 3.30/3.40pm.

The location was great, it was very convenient and easy to walk around to main attractions such as Casa Batllo and Casa Mila. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. You also have the option to do some shopping as you have all the designers up the road as well as high street stores. Apartment was in good condition and check in was pretty easy. There is a bus stop outside the apartment as a travel option and it is very easy to hail a taxi.

- bedrooms and bathrooms are small (not a complete critic - apartment is very big, but to get 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 3 bathrooms in, it surely takes space); it is enough to wash up and sleep, I just wouldn't mind if the rooms would be tiny bigger :-) - it is a bit noisy (we read that previously in the comments, so we were prepared) - the building is old and you can hear people talking from other floors, the noise of the running elevator - not a problem if you sleep well; in case you don't, rather use earplugs - occasionally a slight sewage smell from the bathroom (again: older building, drains...)

- great location, almost on Avenida Diagonal, cca. 30 min walk to Placa Catalunya, Sagrada Familia etc.; really convenient, lost of bars and shops nearby - cleanliness - exactly what we wanted - 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - friendly communication with the host

It was quite noisy during the night with people coming and going but to be expected in the city.

The soundproofing is not very good, you can hear people talking in the building very early. The room smelled of marijuana on the first night we stayed, but it was already late and we didn't contact the staff. This only affected our first day of stay, and we didn't feel any discomfort in the following days.

We traveled 5 for 5 days, not enough towels, caffe machines leaking water, the staff left only 4 caffe capsules, a new full box have been 7 euro. The door from the rooms were not closeing, not enough toilet paper. U had to go to supermarket and buy different necessities, not even water bottles in the house.

Location was perfect near busstop and supermarkt. Apartment is close to Diagonal with shopping and restaurants possibilities. The apartment is spacious with everything you will need for a (long) stay.

Noise from apartment above was very inconsiderate they woke us all up at 6am on the first night and were loud until around 11pm on the 2nd night. Probably not the fault of the hotel but maybe they should marshall the area better and visit outside the rooms to hear loud music being played.

Customer service was excellent the staff at reception were always so helpful Marina and another young lady. Even allowing us to store our luggage both when we arrived and when we left so we can spend some time out and about. Apartments were huge and was really comfortable beds

A little bit far from turustic atractions. Big apartment so a little dificult to heat in winter. The hot water was coming and going during the shower. Poorly equipped, everything was cheap, I didn't understand why they kept those 300 Euros as a security deposit. Plus the procces of getting back that deposit was somewhat "tricky"
