Simple but nice hotel in a newly pedestrian street. Walking distance to restaurants and bars in Eixample and the San Antoni area. Staff was super friendly.

We landed early 7 am. Would have been nice to been offered the coffee area or roof too area until our room was ready. We walked around exhausted for hours not knowing about these areas

We loved the quirkiness from the labels in the toiletries to the upside down wording of the T-shirts, the modernness of the foyer and the blue lit hallways. The 24 hour reception desk was great as well as all who were at the desk. Breakfast was great and the staff very friendly, gracious and always seemed happy.

Unfortunately we were not able to take advantage of the breakfast as service didn’t begin until after we had to depart for the airport.

Convenient location near Sants train station and the Placa Espanya. Nice overnight stopover on the way through to airport. Clean and comfortable.

Great location. A bit out from the main tourist center (30 minute walk or easy metro ride) but perfectly located in a nice safe neighborhood with awesome local coffee shops , restaurants and a mall. Within 6 minutes of a major metro station, the airport bus and the hop on hop off tour bus.

Only the bathroom could be better. The toilet seat was stained - not from dirt, but from chemicals. Aesthetically, it didn't look good. The tub cap was broken and dirty. And there wasn't much ventilation in the bathroom. There were dusty grills, but they didn't do much. We were missing some jacket hangers. And everyone's room door was slamming horribly!!! It woke us up many times. I take my comments as minor.

The price-performance ratio was good. Great breakfast, nice beds, clean room. The accommodation is in a great location, the staff friendly, great breakfast and we were happy. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Barcelona.

I thought it would be nice to have a little brighter lighting in the corridor.

I felt relieved when I came back to the staff who always greeted me with a smile and a “Good morning” or “Hello”. Also, the room was very clean and comfortable.

The calle where the hotel is located is undergoing a v major upgrade to pedestrian only. It will be great when finished, but in the meantime is a bit of a pain, for everyone.

Good breakfast and the on tap coffee and water is a bonus. Did not use the "honesty bar", but may be a good idea.

The corridors and hotel feels a bit rundown, which is understandable. But the let down is the lack of privacy as you can hear everything from next door rooms and corridors.

The location is convenient to and fro from the airport. The free coffee and water filling station is convenient when needed. The staff were nice and accomodating

It's noisy - shutting doors, conversations etc. - you hear everything.. but I think most of the hotels in this price range are the same.

No daylight in the room, which meant that it was perfectly dark to sleep, but also dark to wake up. Really quiet most of the time, but could hear everything going on in the hallway as well as the adjoining rooms. The doors slam really hard, so I had some rough awakenings throughout the night. One morning at 7am, I was woken up by someone else’s alarm, and had to listen to a beeping melody for 5min non-stop. Lack of general information about breakfast, check-out times, etc. I had asked about vegan breakfast options during booking, and got an email confirming my request. It turned out that the only vegan options were whole apples, clementines and a few slices of melon, as well as some soy milk. On check-out I got a bill for 20€. I should of course have asked about the price, but luckily I only needed to eat there that one time.

Nice looking hotel, very clean. The receptionists were friendly, but not very talkative. Good location in quiet area, with lots of cafés and restaurants around. Loved that there was a bathtub for me to soak in after a long day of sightseeing.
