Bathroom needs an update. Room door was flimsy. Probably the worst soundproofing I’ve experienced, could hear everything!

The corridor hallway LED “purple lights” were very dim which made it somewhat difficult to see as you walked toward your room. Would have preferred an actual shower stall in the room instead of a large sized tub with a shower hose attached to the wall.

The hotel was slightly off the “beat and path” but there were two small grocery stores and a bakery around the corner. Area restaurants were located away from the hotel but could be reached by walking a good 8-10 minutes in either direction. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. AC worked fine. Front desk staff were polite, helpful and spoke English. Complimentary beverages were available in the room refrigerator and additional water and coffee at no cost could be obtained where breakfast was served. The cost of breakfast was 12 Euros PP and the food selection appeared to be decent.

The room was somewhat small, but quite comfortable, with a window overlooking the trees and the quiet sidewalk (great for resting!). Loved the shared spaces, very nicely decorated and very inviting (with free coffee and water). Great vibe for reading, hanging out with a drink after a day of sightseeing, or working comfortably on one's laptop. The breakfast had several options (could use more vegan options, though), and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, very green and centrally located (a brief 15-minute walk from the Sants station). I wish my stay had been longer.

Location, we decided to have the breakfast that wasn’t included in our booking. The breakfast was vast and coffee, tea and water were available the whole day. They provided a cool bag :)

Rooms were tiny and we didn’t have a window ( so we will seek that next time !) natural light was the only drawback for us.

Clean, chic, accommodating & homey. Felt like amenities were a boost, good neighborhood for bike rental, taxis & walking to local spots. Quiet and away from all hustle and bustle of city.

The walls are not soundproof at all. We heard the people in the room next to us partying all night (which didn’t really bother us because we were heading out anyway) and the next night we were woken at 3am by what sounded like power tools being used on our floor.

Parking under the hotel was a bonus (albeit very tight, although we were warned about this when we asked about parking). Staff were very friendly a we got a complimentary small bottle of wine and bag of chips. The rooftop terrace area is nice too although unfortunately we didn’t have nice enough weather to use it.

The property was very central for me! It was close to the concert location i went to and also enough metro and train stations around! Staff was very nice and the room was clean and spacious for 1 person!

The room was tired, the shower rail was broken and the safety deposit box wasn’t in working order. The cleaners didn’t wipe the fruit stain off the bedside and the parking was very expensive with it being very small

the bidet is not functioning during our 5-day stay. I have advised the receptionist but they just tell us “sorry” and told us the plumber will arrive next week. the rooms are not sound proof so you can hear noise but is bearable.

The property has a hospitable staffs, absolutely clean , comfy beds, dual sink in the bathroom, free wifi, free coffee, milk and water and near the points of interest, near supermarket and paid parking downstairs with elevator.

I assume that not all rooms will be like this but my room is in the corner and the door is close to the next room. So if someone stand in front of either my room or my neighbor, I can hear other guest from a hall way and next door

rooms are not soundproof and you can hear everything. it can get quite loud (i guess it also depends on your neighbours) common areas were closed 2 out of the 4 days of my stay. the rooms were less polished than in pics.

the bed was really comfortable. the water pressure in the shower and sink were incredible. staff was really nice. good location.

The room was quite small for two people in my opinion the photos don't depict the size of the rooms very well. Plus they could use some small maintenance in the details. Doors could use better finishes, etc.

The room was clean, pitty the window looked inwards, so there was no natural light. Bed was conmfortable. Breakfast was good and at a good price point when not included in the room rate. Location was very good, super accessible and easy to get around. The extras in the room were a very nice touch and we loved that.

30min+ walk to some of the main tourist sights. But would still go back as we enjoyed our stay so much and staff were so friendly
