Room was very basic for the price. Breakfast was disappointing.

It was clean and staff were friendly, especially the woman who was serving breakfast. Bed was comfortable. There was free parking.

The hotel is very nice and well positioned. The stuff is very helpful. You have a restaurant, swimming pool, garden, terrace and other facilities, you can also buy the tickets to Vall de Nuria train from the reception 😀

The breakfast should be a buffet, instead of just bringing a lot of stuff to the table, a lot of which gets wasted. Also we found out on the last day you can ask for extra things such as yogurt. Thin walls plus elderly residents with loud TVs equals a lot of noise disturbance

The location is not very convenient if you are traveling with small kids. It's quite far from the train station to go to Vall de Núria. So, if you are thinking of coming with toddlers or small kids, you would rather want to bring a stroller. Another point is the entrance from where your active toddler can go directly to the road once you take your eyes off her/him.

The hotel was clean, everything in good condition, room was cleaned and fresh towels were brought every day.

We did not get a key for the side entrance, so we almost got locked out for the night. Our other 2 rooms had 2 keys, on for the room and one for the night enterance. We did not have that and we could not reach the rest of our friends. We arrived the last second when the staff was leaving, so we could get in, but if we arrived a few minutes later, we could not have.

The staff were very helpful with flexible checkout and checking times. We could leave our bags the first morning before all our rooms were ready ( we were a group of 6) and we could leave our bags the last day too, so we could go hiking and pick up our stuff late in the afternoon which meant a lot.

In September there was not a wide selection of restaurants and cafes open. We found the shelf above the bed inconvenient for sitting up in bed to read etc. Minor details. Overall a great stay.

Close to station, allowed us to check in early, beautiful garden and beautiful swimming pool. Excellent shower. Lovely walks start almost from the door. Lovely bakery just opposite

Very poor sounprofing in the rooms. Walls too thin, you could hear everything from the other rooms and the hallway; which made resting quite difficult.

There was nothing thst we didn't like about the hotel.

We arrived a few hours before we could check in, and asked if we could leave our bags there while we went out. The lady behind the desk made a couple of phone calls, and after checking our ID handed us the keys to our room. Our room was clean and so was the private bathroom as well.

super dated decor and a creepy stuffed wild boar in the “living room” walls were paper thin - could hear every sound of guests on both sides- one guy watching TikToks on full volume at 10 pm and again at 6 am 🤯

The walls are very thin, we could hear the guests in the room nextdoors. It was chilly but the central heating did not work yet. The beds were too soft and the staff was not friendly. I would mot recommend this hotel, it’s too expensive for what it offers.

My bed was a bit hard but nothing serious, I still had a good sleep.

Attentive staff, clean rooms, great breakfast and dinner at the hotel's restaurant was excellent. The room also has a book listing all hikes and activities you can do near Ribes and Vall de Núria. The lounge with the fireplace was a nice extra after hiking in the cold weather.
