I have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world (most way more expensive than this one), but my stay at the Sansi Pedralbes was one of my most favourite ones! Yes the hotel was nice, the rooms clean and beautiful, and my private access to a beautiful terrasse welcome - but it was truly the service that made a lasting impression. It feelt like a big luxury hotel brand, led through the hand of a loving family business. The hard working young couple taking care of the guests could not have been more charming and kind, providing over-the-top services from changing bookings last minute, insisting on making me my favourite iced-coffee to-go every morning, or assisting me with travel difficulties. With them, every guest feels like their highest priority and friend, and it made my travel experience so much more enjoyable! I normally don't write ratings, but I had to make an exception here. The hotel is also located right next to two beautiful restaurants, where we had some amazing food, and a nice little park. Some of the world's famous business schools are a few meters by foot. It is also only a short drive from the airport and although it is very complicated to get a taxi in the Barcelona city center, I was always lucky to find one right in front of the hotel, or was assisted in calling one. Public transport also stops right in front of it. Thank you so much again for the amazing stay and your kind hospitality! When I come back to Barcelona, there is no other place that I want to stay!

It might seem out of hand - location-wise - but it makes a lot of sense to move out of the busy area and stay in one of the city's most exclusive areas but just a few minutes from the city centre. Excellent facilities, very nice rooms, and staff are extremely helpful in making your stay comfortable.

Excellent breakfast with my kind of muesli, berries and almond milk. Also hot dishes. Very calm room, could sleep like a baby. Staff is caring and attentive in an outstanding way. More forthcoming than you can hope for. Bus station right in front of the hotel. 5min walk to IESE.

There is nothing not to love about Sansi Pedralbes. The staff has created an immaculate experience! One day in Sansi Pedralbes has felt like one week on vacation - achieving ultimum relaxation. I felt like a regular from first seconds and now I really feel like this just might be my second home when visiting Barcelona. The level of service is really rare and restores faith in humanity in a blink of an eye.

It was a quick stay. Everything was great!

The service was friendly and personal, and I really felt like a regular even though I haven’t stayed there in years. The à-la-carte breakfast—fried eggs, toast, and fresh fruit—was healthy and delicious. The location is a bit out of the way for some, but was perfect for me. I also love the proximity to the Carretera de las Aguas for a morning run!

OSCAR! The concierge host Oscar was honestly one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. In maybe 5 minutes I felt like I know this man for the whole of my life. Unbelieve energy, unbelieve vibes, unbelievably helpful, a guy I can never forget. I can wait to visit Barcelona again and a big reason will be just to stay at this hotel and see Oscar again. In the next room there were unfriendly russians who were quite noisy.

Very friendly, polite and witty staff. Clean rooms and thorough housekeeping. The staff are always helpful with any questions and are happy to offer drinks when you return to the hotel!

The staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful. The cleaning is made every day and the towels are changed also daily. The location is near the bus station and the noise is lower than in the city center
